I told my husband what Donna recommended & the surgeon we visited shortly thereafter confirmed what Donna had told us.

We've…read morebeen seeing Michelle for many years now, through multiple children, and have consistently been blown away by her knowledge, patience, and genuine care. She has played such an important role in helping our kids build skills, confidence, and independence in ways that feel natural and encouraging. Over the years, we've also had the privilege of watching Michelle grow and build Child Sync and incredible team that works in the clinic. The students and therapists she has brought on are thoughtful, highly qualified, and clearly share the same philosophy of compassionate, child-centered care. It's clear that she has created an environment where both therapists and families feel supported, and that consistency shows in every interaction. Sessions are always engaging, purposeful, and tailored to each child's individual needs. Michelle and her team take the time to explain the "why" behind what they're working on and give us practical strategies we can use at home, which has made a huge difference for our family. What truly sets Michelle apart is how deeply she cares, not just about progress, but about the whole child and the entire family experience. Our kids genuinely look forward to their sessions, which says everything. We are so grateful for the impact she and her team have had on our family and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional occupational therapy provider

I was having slight issues with some sensory type things with my child. She knew my kid, identified what was wrong, approached me and has been helpful to me and my son. He has been u set the assistance of Michelle for about a year now and we have seen great improvements. My son loves her weekly visits and activities. She's not only helped him but helped me with tools and input to be helpful with his development. We love Miss. Michelle!

They were polite and answered my questions without getting annoyed. I liked that they asked follow ups and didn't assume things. Everything moved steady without being too fast. The nurse who helped was kind too and made sure I was comfortable. Wasn't anything over the top but it was better than what I've had before. Seems like a well run place overall.

I know Donna to work tirelessly to find suitable solutions that would work for each child as they came to see her. She created appropriate boundaries that allowed the children to grow and learn in the best way possible. During our consultations, Donna was thoughtful and caring for each of my students, even if she wasn't the main therapist working with the student. She really took the time to listen to my every concern for each student and gave me insight as to what I could to better in the classroom for them. Donna's concern and care for her clients was quite evident through working with her and watching her work with my students. No matter the difficulties my students had, each one of my students made tremendous strides in their progress after continuous treatment at Children's Therapy Center which created more success for them in the classroom. I truly believe that without Donna and her fantastic employees, my students would have been in much worse shape and even further behind in school. Children's Therapy Center is professional, clean, and a great place for children to seek the therapy that they need for their success.

Ms. Sandra, the office assistant, is always pleasant to see and strong communicator with appointments and any clerical questions we have. Ms. Margaret OT is warm, welcoming, and my child always looks forward to seeing her for weekly OT. It's become a part of our routine. Ms. Marilyn is also warm, inviting, and fun to work with. I love how much the OTs here collaborate with us on goals and the care plan, very client-centered. Lastly, OT Park's gym is every sensory seeking kids dream! Not to mention for an adult as well! I also want to play in it.

I really believe Hiral and OT Park deserve zero stars. She's scammed us into paying for the…read moreevaluation that took months, gave us zero support, and we've been waiting for nearly 2+ months for recommendation on ways to help our child. She promised to provide more clear recommendations after we shared our concerns that the evaluation was too generic and not actionable; she didn't follow through after she said she would and then changed her tune and refused to provide it after we had to follow up several times. She consistently goes back and forth on what she says and doesn't say. It's super confusing. And when private sessions cost so much, it's not fair that people like Hiral can swindle money from families that put their child's development first. They rarely seemed busy and now it really makes sense because Hiral is the definition of fake it till you make it. During sessions, she was extremely aggressive in her approach with our daughter and it was the opposite of every other therapy session that I've witnessed. It doesn't work for younger kids and she wasn't able to recognize that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH OT Park and Hiral. It's clear she's more interested in fake videos on social media than really helping kids and their development. Hiral, I recommended not responding to this review because you've already demonstrated that you have no desire to do the right thing and any reply would simply be another excuse. Additionally do not mention anything about my daughter because it'll be a HIPPA violation.

I have a $25 balance I have been trying to pay for 4 months, and I have called at 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, noon, 1,pm, 2pm, 3pm, and 4pm. They never pick up . I will have to drive there to make a copay payment that did not process bc the machine was not working. That part is annoying. And ultimately I am switching providers bc making an appointment here is virtually impossible. But if you make the appointment in person, then it's smooth sailing.

I had PT at the hospital and home, and then graduated to this establishment to get me back to full health. They fit me in, and then my improvement was rapid enough that my biggest issue was keeping up with the improvements I was experiencing. They have been very good in explaining things so I can get back to the level of function I hope to. Right now I'm actually fixing the issues in my musculature that pre-dated the hip replacement, and that seems to be improving at a good clip. From the start, all the therapists I've interacted with have been great. Robert, Glenn, and Liane have all been very much giving me the information I need to improve, and critiquing my current state to suggest what I need to work on to improve my physical state. They've also been helpful in sharing their expertise from seeing a large number for people with similar surgical procedures. It's actually been good to get the expertise of all of these therapists, as each has contributed different viewpoints, all of which have been helpful in guiding my recovery. Very comfortable environment to have PT in, and I've recommended them to one of my old friends, who is ending up in the same state that advancing age I find myself in.
