Our daughter sees Margaret once a week for occupational therapy and Mackenzie virtually once a week for speech, and the progress we have seen has been tremendous -- especially with emotional regulation, navigating transitions, and giving her tools that help her in everyday life. What I love most is that our daughter doesn't even realize she is going to "therapy." To her, it is pure FUN. She absolutely LOVES her therapists and literally asks when she gets to go back to the "indoor park," as she calls it. As a parent, there is nothing better than seeing your child excited to go somewhere that is also helping them grow and thrive. The entire OT Park team has also been incredibly understanding and accommodating with our family. Between illnesses, a surgery/health event, and occasional school conflicts, there have been times when we needed to switch to virtual OT sessions or adjust our schedule. We have always been met with empathy, flexibility, and understanding -- never stress or judgment. From Katarina and Sandra to Hiral, the owner, everyone genuinely takes the time to get to know your child, your family, and your individual situation. They don't make you feel like just another appointment on the calendar. They truly want to be part of your child's team and help however they can. OT Park has become such an incredible resource for our family, and we are so grateful for the support, patience, and care they have given our daughter. Our weekly sessions are a chance for my sons speech practice as well as helpful ideas for us to incorporate during the week. There is an optional online program with speech based games that anyone in the family can play with the child/student (not just mom!) Choose between games that focus on verbalization, turn taking, story telling etc based on your child's needs. This combination of daily games (10-15 minutes) along with weekly sessions have helped keep my son in his routine as well as increasing his confidence with speech.

This review is for in home PT services with Saher. Saher visited our home to work with my two…read moreelderly friends. I oversee their home and care. Saher is very caring, but her shortcomings far outweighed her attributes. She admitted to being disorganized; claiming that remembering appointments and important rules of our home were too difficult for her. With indoor pets and two elderly residents; safety is of the utmost importance. The rules of our home are set up to maintain safety and are very simple. She was often unfocused and spent the scheduled appointment time socializing rather than providing the services for which she was hired. I was greatly disturbed by her care of my elderly friend who is physically the more compromised of the two. She asked him to help her set up a heavy and cumbersome massage table, compromising his safety! This was very dangerous for him and she was aware of his limitations prior to requesting his assistance. With her expertise, she should not have enlisted his aide for such a task. If she cannot manage such tools independently, she should not be using them. The most upsetting incident that happened with Saher is when she let my elderly friend fall WHILE doing PT with him. This was irresponsible and negligent. Her scope of duties is to ensure that the exercises are done as safely as possible and within the reasonable ability of the client/patient. Upon subsequent visits she started soliciting me to help with the exercises. I am not a trained Physical Therapist and I was busy with my own tasks. She should have brought help, planned and executed more appropriate activities and/or avoided exercises that required two people to manage him. Lastly, we received numerous invoices 5-6 months after we had ceased working with her. She was astonishingly disorganized with her paperwork; which caused me an unreasonable amount of extra work to research and cross reference her invoices. They were out of order, some were already billed, some were unclear, some were from her forgetting to bill. It was very confusing. It saddens me to have to leave this review. Unfortunately, the care we received from Saher was not the quality that I expect from an out of pocket PT and I ultimately found her to be unsafe for my friends. That in conjunction with her unprofessionalism has prompted me to leave this review.

Last September we started to go see Michelle (school services) and he also adores her. She works with more little muscle activities with my guy. He walks in sees her and smiles so big to know he has her there. As a mom of a kid with special needs it's hard to just trust anyone with your kid. I 100000% trust Debbie and Michelle with my kid. They show so much love for their job and truly want what's best for you kid. We've also seen christy a few times and my guy loved working with her as well, she's also knowledgeable and knew what sensory things my guy needs. I'm so glad I found this place and we're lucky!

A counselor is supposed to create a safe space to talk and have each party open up amongst other things. She was shrewd (Not respectful) and yes, seemed "too busy" (mentioned over and over that she had other people that wanted help) or "too popular" to help our family after we ALREADY on-boarded with her! We decided to go with her and yes do paperwork to get us signed up. Again her bedside manner is RUDE and our whole conversation lasted maybe 5-7 minutes. Respect is a two-way street and I did NOTHING but try and obtain services with this person just have them be judgmental about me within less than 5 minutes. And again mention over and over that she had alot of other people that wanted help. Is this how most therapists talk to patients on an initial call????? People don't get on here to complain just because. We all have very busy lives and would rather be doing something else than calling a professional out for being RUDE and wasting peoples time. She was POINT BLANK discouraging towards me. She mentioned several times she ONLY works with clients that want to save the marriage and that she has a alot of other people that need her help besides us..... on our first telephone call. Yikes!!!! My husband and I wouldn't have done all the paperwork and kept calling YOU for a session if we weren't ready...... I've done therapy before and this has horrible. Hard pass!!!!!!!!! RESPECT IS A TWO WAY STREET. WHICH IS WHY WE DECLINED TO WORK WITH HER AND ALREADY FOUND ANOTHER MORE QUALIFIED THERAPIST. I do want to save my marriage but not with this woman's help. She did NOT respond to me KINDLY, and in fact I DECLINED TO WORK WITH HER after the way she spoke to me after 5 minutes. Go ahead and giver her a call and see for yourself. Make sure you trust who you have come on board to help you and your spouse. Donna called me and communicated directly with my adjuster and got me approved for 12 visits. Everyone has been super friendly and have really helped me with my injury.
