Happily, I found it after walking past several other seafood places along the boulevard. I was early for dinner by local standards, so luckily I was seated immediately. The staff was very friendly and helpful even though my French is somewhat lacking. I was seated near a couple of locals who eat here every Saturday night for their Scallop special.
