The presentation is eye catching and the portions decent. After 3 starters and a main we were beyond full! I find it a bit pricy, £15 for the phad Thai, however that's probably on par for London. The ambience is nice, with interesting details and the wait staff are all Thai. This is probably one of the best restaurants in the area. If you find yourself in High Wycombe and are looking for a good place to dine, this won't disappoint!

The menu is varied for a Thai restaurant and offers some really great choices. The prices are a little higher than normal but I think worth it for the lovely food and nice atmosphere. We decided on apps for our table of 4: Golden Money Bags (get your mind out of the gutter!) and the One Bite Salmon. GMB were pastry packets filled with Thai spiced chicken served with a sauce. Really delicious with a delicate crunch. Teh OBS was my favorite. The salmon was topped with lime, ginger, lemongrass, toasted coconut & nestled in a betel leaf. Just pop the whole thing in your mouth! Man, the flavors go together well with the slightly crispy salmon. For dinner I ordered the Thai Red Curry (I'm a sucker for red curry) with prawns. Hands down the best red curry I've had! Definitely on the spicy side & packed with with a combination of flavors went well with the prawns. H had the Giggline Pad Thai which he said was good but not the best. Oh well, at least there was one extremely happy person at the table. Not sure what everyone else ordered but it did look delicious! Staff, while not fluent in English, were nice & they all worked together to ensure that you have a good experience. When in Beaconsfield, check this place out!

Staff never forgot about my table and always made sure we were happy with our food. Food was slightly pricey, but for what you paid you did get exceptional food and good quality food too. However, you had to add rice separately onto your dish rather than it automatically coming with your food, i felt this was a shame because the main meals were already very expensive. Overall, great atmosphere, great service and tasty food! I will be returning.

Bill came with the charge on which I asked for it to be removed. The server then argued and said why order food if you did not like, should we take that? I replied that is not the issue, however if the server had explained that then I would have requested for them to box up for me to take home and then they could justify charging me. The complete rudeness and on top of that a jumped up hero decided to get involved! For the kids sake no point in arguing further but what a horrific experience and never have I heard anything so ridiculous. Some customer relations training needs to happen! a place I would not go to or people I know! After years of eating here, no more! Respect your customers, don't make them feel bad and talk to them normally. Dont take the meal away if you also want them to pay for it!!!!

I was so…read moredisappointed at the way this restaurant shows disrespect for its individual online takeaway customers. I ordered a meal 2 hours in advance, setting a pick-up time of 7:30. I arrived on time and there were three people in front of me. It was bitterly cold and raining but I assumed I would have to wait a few minutes. One customer was served but in the next ten minutes three delivery Company drivers arrived, pushed straight to the front of the queue and were served immediately. By now I had been waiting for fifteen minutes, getting colder and colder. I was called and gave my name. There was no sign of my order and in the meantime another 4 delivery drivers arrived and were served immediately. It is clear that this business has no regard for individual customers who go to the back of the queue. My complaint is that they do not make any mention of this and they should at least be honest about the way they disregard individual customers in favour of the big delivery companies. After half an hour I asked what had happened to my order and to my amazement the staff member said 'what's your name!?' I was eventually served, frozen and soaking wet after half an hour. The food is nice but was completely ruined by my negative experience of the service and the misleading way it treats its individual customers

Cost cutting measures took away the authenticity of the food and the pride of the staff. When asked if they would eat this food, the staff one night became hugely embarrassed and admitted that no, they definitely would not. I felt for them. Clasic Thai tuned as authentic as a Floyd Grossman (yes I know I meant to) bottle. The Aroy should stand as a warning. If your restaurant is failing, find the reason and fix it or get out of the trade. Don't preside over an embarrassment.

My kids took me here for my Birthday Lunch. ( all you can eat for £ 12). The food had improved but with the exception of the new Chinese owner, who was a happy sweet man, the staff had clearly learnt their skills in an undertakers. We are not frequent Resturant eaters but like Chinese and this is the best and most reasonable one locally. In 0ctober this year it was wonderful to meet some communicative staff with smiles and a better command of English. My son now gets all his takeaways from here and also that they have become confident enough to raise prices. I am writing this because I am appalled at the few, bad years old reviews that are here.
