However, I can unequivocally say the results of the Cryotherapy is amazing. My body does not ache or feel as sore afterwards. I have had 2 sessions so far and I highly recommend you try Cryotherapy at Chilltonic if you want to feel immediate relief. The Cryotherapy Pro session lasts 3 minutes and 30 seconds. The first 2 minutes are fine but during the last 1.5 minutes my shoulder and arms start to hurt from the cold air blowing on me. If you can hang in there and finish, you will feel great afterwards. After you step out, you will notice a tingling sensation on your skin. The first time I tried it, I asked the person who did it before me if she had any suggestions. She said, just dance. And that was great advice because it helped me make it through to the end. The staff is friendly and helpful.
