The package deal is if you buy 3 (you will have to use all 3 in the month) you get one free, which you can use at anytime for $177. You can also get one float a month for $55. I chose the package deal. This definitely helps relax the body and mind. I also felt it took away a lot of my pain, especially while I was in the water. You go into a room where there is a bench and shower. They have ear plugs, ear cleaning solution for after, qtips, towels, wash cloths, Vaseline, tissues, and robes. They kind of think of everything you'd need. They also have a changing room with a hair dryer and flat iron. It's encouraged for you to shower before and after the float. They give you 90 minutes for the float and then 30 minutes to shower and change. You can choose an individual or double tank. I preferred the double tank as it let me stretch out more. You can turn the light on or off, as well as music and stars. Leaving, I felt so relaxed and calm, and so did my body. I truly enjoyed this experience. I typically left minimal to do for the day so I can stay in that state for as long as I could, before life takes over once more. The concern I had was that the tank had gravel in it one time, showing that they don't always clean it between sessions. But that was only 1/4. Hence why it's important to rinse before you go in.

Within just a few days, I had accumulated three separate $10 fees related to appointment changes/cancellations. The membership agreement references a cancellation policy and says a fee may apply, but the actual $10 charge was not clearly disclosed in the language I was shown. For an unlimited membership, that felt like an important detail that should have been made much more obvious at signup. When I brought it up, the manager removed one of the fees, which I appreciated, but otherwise told me the policy was in the fine print. When I said I wanted to cancel, I was then told there was a 30-day cancellation requirement, meaning I would be billed for another month. I understand businesses need cancellation policies. My issue is the transparency and the customer service when a brand-new member raises a reasonable concern. For a premium wellness membership, I expected a much more customer-focused experience. I hope management takes a closer look at how these policies are communicated and how concerns are handled at the One Paseo location.
