The 7 course fixed menu also comes with a fixed wine pairing. My opinion is that all but one of the wines (white sparkling) were terrible. When you sit down at the beginning of the meal you have the option to buy a nice bottle of wine to go with your dinner or choose the wine pairing. I wanted the experience so I chose the wine pairing. Had I known what I know now I absolutely would have purchased one or two bottles of good wine from their menu and totally skipped the pairing. Overall an amazing restaurant with excellent service.
