The so called suspicious purchase was from a "small" company called Amazon!!!! What moron at this bank thought our yearly renewal of our Amazon subscription was suspicious??? You look at our bank account and half the entries are to Amazon. I've been with State Farm for quite some time and feel it's important to warn others about my…read morerecent experience and what I believe are concerning business practices. When I replaced a vehicle on my policy, my agent told me that if my son added a life insurance policy, we would receive an additional discount and my total bill would only be about $20 more per month than what I was currently paying. That information turned out to be inaccurate. Instead, I was later hit with a bill for over $700 per month for two vehicles and life insurance -- which is more than our actual car payments. I feel I was misled, and this situation caused unnecessary stress. I also requested to speak directly with the agent owner to address this matter, but there was no follow-up or communication, which was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. My advice to others: get everything in writing, including detailed quotes and confirmations, so you are not blindsided later. Do not rely solely on verbal assurances. I expected far better transparency and communication.

I would like to take a moment to recognize Max, the contractor who was recently sent to address…read morerepair issues at the home I am leasing from Omni Key Realty. Max was professional, respectful, and thorough. He took the time to carefully observe and troubleshoot the problems rather than rushing through the visit. His experience in his trade is evident. He methodically assessed the issues and worked to ensure repairs were completed to the best of his ability. I understand that some maintenance issues can result from normal wear and breakdowns. Having worked in property management myself for many years, I know firsthand how critical it is to have dependable and skilled contractors when overseeing other people's investments. Max represents the level of professionalism I always looked for when I was managing properties. He was courteous, kind, communicative, and conscientious -- and he cleaned up after completing his work, which speaks volumes about his standards. It is difficult to find reliable, detail-oriented professionals in this field, and I sincerely hope Omni Key continues to retain him. Good contractors are hard to come by. Thank you, Max, for the effort you put into your work and for taking the time to address the issues properly. Your professionalism made a difference. While my broader experience has been challenging and the delay in sending someone caused significant concern, I want to ensure that individual excellence is acknowledged when it is earned. I would also like to add to all tenants. Do your best to take care of the place you call home. Ms.Martin- New tenant

INVESTORS: Stay far away from OmniKey & do your own research. I found them through RealWealth &…read moreignored early red flags which was a big mistake. It's hard to imagine any competent investor would do business with Omnikey. Communication was incredibly fragmented & lagged from the agent until starting the loan app, in which we were bombarded by Omnikey/Lennar to submit the app. Pro formas were all inflated/ inaccurate, requests for updated information was ignored entirely. I explicitly backed out of the loan process & OmniKey/Lennar proceeded to RUN TWO UNAUTHORIZED HARD CREDIT CHECKS & have since ignored all attempts to contact them. Very sketchy all around & Omnikey property management is horrendous, which is the biggest pain point for investors as it is. Horrible experience is an understatement.
