The store is clean, well-stocked, very organized - it's a store that is well-run. Miriam (the young lady that helped us the most) is a ball of positive energy and was so helpful. She went over and above in every way. We waited patiently. The gentleman was working by himself, and we understand quality customer service takes time, especially in a specialty store like this. When we were served, my husband and son both tried on various pieces, and we figured out what was still needed. The bulk of the most difficult and important pieces were acquired. The only thing I didn't really care for was that the gentleman helping us tried making conversation about how the younger generation didn't care and called out whenever, which left him by himself. I already know the problems with capitalism, and it has nothing to do with the younger generation. We also showed no irritation and so we didn't need excuses for retail shop drama and negativity.

I was greeted when we walked into the store however, after that I was on my own did ask one person who was sitting there, staring at her phone where the pants were, and she pointed them out to us, but then went back to her phone, in fact, she wasn't the only one that was on her phone and I also asked if there was a sale going on and she said maybe then when we went to check out, I'm almost certain that we would not have gotten the reduced price that we should've gotten had not said something. When I asked the person checking us out if there was a sale, he said maybe as I was looking at my phone and could clearly see that everything I had bought was buy one get one 50% off. We will not be returning to this store at this location.

From the time I placed my order online to the time I was alerted that my order was ready to pick up was faster than any other place I've done curbside pickup from. Seriously. It was that fast. Very impressed. You just pull up to one of the two designated spots in front of the store and call the store number and they bring out your item. They do check for ID so have that ready. Hopefully they always answer the phone as promptly as they did during my curbside visit even when they may be busier in the future. My only two gripes are: 1) I wish they had more options in sizes for curbside pickup 2) I wish they offered up curbside pickup at all the stores. I would probably be shopping more at Old Navy if they did.

After work I went straight to the store and it was 2 hours before posted time. Unfortunately they were working on inventory and had all doors locked(which I'm not mad about). But very unfortunate to have a wasted trip but even more unfortunate that when I tried to get employees attention to ask a question I was completely ignored until finally someone turned around and yelled towards me that they cant let anyone in. Clearly I see that but it would have been nice to just answer my question on when I can pick up my order. So in order for me to get the question answered I had to call the store even though there were people within feet of me. I just felt like it could have been handled differently with better customer service.

The manager, I think his name was Justin, was incredibly condescending. He did not want to help. He was nasty to my mother (who is the sweetest woman). Despite having such great experiences in the past this left us feeling utterly disgusted. We won't be returning to this location unless they hire better people with more welcoming and positive attitudes like Chad.

They didn't have anything in stock that I wanted, so I ordered something from the book. Less than a week later when I went to try it on because it arrived, we realized they sent the wrong pant size for the suit, so the employee told us we should be able to just take out the material in the pant leg and it would work, but me knowing how small they were and the size of my thighs, I knew they weren't and we said to call the company and have them send me the right pants. A few days later, my mom called the store (because they said they would call but the employee never did so my mom had to be the one to consistently check) to check and make sure they were ordered and the employee said yes and they would be overnighted. Another few days later, my mom called again, but this time the employee said "Oh well the warehouse didn't have them, so we decided to just take out the pants like we talked about", which confused my mom and I because we knew that wouldn't work. And just like I thought, when we came in and tried it on, they still didn't work. So, on Monday (with my prom the following Friday), the employee said he would call again and get the right pants overnighted. My mom checked in every day, and no pants...idk how he "overnighted them" but they didn't come. So Friday, the day of prom arrives, and we show up to the store, still no correct pants, and I decided that I would just take the small pants for now because there wasn't really another option, except black pants (but they didn't look good with my suit). This whole time I had been keeping my cool, but when my mom started asking questions to the employee, he proceeded to keep cutting her off, lying in our faces, and be plain up rude. So I opened my mouth to ask a question, and he proceeded to cut me off, not let me talk, and scream over me. So I had to raise my voice so that he would finally hear me out. My blood was BOILING. We asked if we could speak to a manager or owner, and his response was no. That is not how you run a business. That is terrible customer service. After we left with the pants that were too small, we got the call 10 minutes later that the right pants arrived so we turned around, swapped it out, and ran out of there VERY fast before anything else went badly because of the lies we were told. In the end, we did get the right pants, but they were unhemmed still and it was overall not a good experience with TERRIBLE customer service. DO NOT recommend. He could have easily fixed the issue and made it right, and instead he yelled at us and continued to lie to our faces. Absolutely upset.
