Do not go here. I went there after my Range Rover was in a hit and run, and a friend had recommended me this place. The Caucasian guy-with 3 ear rings on his left ear-came looked at my place and was upset that I told him that I have my taillight to put in. He said "we do legal work here, and mostly high end cars. Didn't have a great experience my first time around. I went here for a photo inspection for my insurance; a young lady was behind the reception and started to help me. After a few mins a man walks in all rushed yelling at me "can I help you!?!" I looked at him like he was crazy and told him that I was being helped. He gets into the office and asks 3x before the girl could respond "what did I need" finally she gets a word in and says photo inspection he replies "no, can't today, we do it from 830-3" I look at my phone and it was 1:30pm.. the girl and I looked at each other puzzled... he didn't tell me come back soon or explain why he couldn't preform the service they claim to provide; he just said come back tomorrow!? I would put negative star, but 1 is the lowest option. What a prick that Mexican guy with eyeglasses at the front window. I went on Tuesday, the two gentlemen behind the desk told me another person is in charge for making appointments for the Geico's photo inspection, that he is currently in the bathroom and asked me to wait for him. I waited for about 8 minutes, he came out and told me no appointment is necessary that I'll just come back next Tuesday in the morning, introduced his name (which I forgot) and handed me Bam's business card. I came back the following Tuesday only to be denied of service because he completely doesn't recognize me nor remember his promise. I insisted that if he doesn't recognize me to review his CCTV footage from last Tuesday as proof that I was there. But he refused so he will not get busted with his fake promise, not helpful, nasty attitude, and started raising his voice and went on a fighting mode. He is clearly no man of his words and not a gentleman at all. He is so unprofessional that he did not even offer to fix his fault by asking if he could reschedule me for another date, so terrible! - Zero customer service. Avoid this place for any service. You'll most likely be ripped off for any body/mechanical work on your vehicle anyway. His crookedness resonates to the friendly gentlemen behind the desk that makes you think they're all crooks there. read more

I brought my vehicle to be done. They painted my vehicle and charged my insurance company. They promised a lifetime warranty. One month down the road I notice paint chipping on bumpers. Do not bring your vehicle to this place. I called to explain the situation. When I say this place is totally unprofessional I mean it. The owner cursed and accused me of the damages. This body shop rips off your insurance and then does not want to stand by there warranty. The profanity coming out of this owner and employee's mouth was disgraceful. I can't speak to their autobody work, but I had a lovely run in with one of their driver's today. I pulled up to one of their trucks at a red light. It was driven by an overweight white kid in his mid-twenties, dressed like Tupac Shakur, who of course was on his cell phone. When the light changed he floored it and got stuck behind a turning car. As I passed in the right lane, the guy cuts me off, missing me by inches. I slammed on the break and the horn, when astonishingly, he stops, blocking traffic, to get out of the truck, and come up to the window asking "what's your f'ing problem yo!" I told him to grow up and pulled around on the shoulder. He waddled back to his truck, cut someone else off, and flew through a red light in an attempt to follow me, but gave up pretty quickly. I don't know about any of you, but there isn't a chance in hell that I would trust any place that employs someone like that to work on my car! It's a shame too, I could actually use some work, but no worries, I'll be sure to find the closest auto repair shop NEXT to Bam's. read more
