The chicken is perfectly cooked, it's juicy and so tasty in terms of flavour, the cumin and sumac make it. Then the shamie (formed ground beef) is quite tasty too. It's not as good as the chicken, but it's still very moist and well flavoured. Next up the rice! So I've been told that the reason it's so tasty is that after it's cooked, they pour oil all over it. After the 20 minutes wait, the cashier informed we have ran out of chapli kebabs!!!! I switched the order to something else and the wait started again!!! After 10 minutes was informed the second order was was not available. On my complaint, the cook came charging out from the kitchen and started to yell, asked me to take my money back and never come back!!!! What a waste of time and what an Afghan hospitality!!!!!
