So I'm not sure why this business is still permitted to do business on base. They are under staffed and poorly managed. I have been there three times with my family since arriving to Naples in March 2018. So the first time we ate here we got the impression that possibly all the other reviews had to be wrong. We got our drinks in a timely fashion and our food order came out ok. So why am I giving it a negative review now. Well this is based off my last two visits. My second visit we were seated at our table. And that was as far as we made it. After 45 minutes of waiting to place a drink or a food order we gave up and left. I tried to signal the waiter and he said "I know your there" but never came to our table. The third and last time I will ever go into this establishment was just last week. So it was 6:30pm we were seated in a timely manner. We placed our drink orders. Got our drinks and then our waiter never came back. We saw him walk by us but he ignored our table as if we were invisible. So by 7:30 we decided to leave. I stopped at the front cashier and informed the manager, he said the poor service was his fault. But out of sympathy he still made us pay for our drinks. I filled out a comment card and marked all poor service. Also I vowed to never return. read more

Ordered takeout and was very pleased with how quick it was. It was all delicious and flavorful. The glazed salmon and Mongolian rice were definitely my favorites!!! Definitely going to order from them again. read more

The waiters are really nice and friendly. They have a kid friendly menu for Americans. The food is really good. Smaller portions than I am use too in America which is probably a good thing. The food so good. read more

This place is terrible, worst onion soup I ever had in my life. Chicken wings are anorexic, serve with bottle ranch. On top of that I think they were over fry. Place smells bad , and seats are old, dirty, broken. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!! read more

The bar at Bambusa has some good Italian beer on draft and the bartenders are friendly and attentive. I've ordered the salmon without the bbq sauce and found the preparation and portion size to be excellent. I haven't tried much else though. read more

We visited this place twice in 7 days. The first time the food was a little below average at best. The second visit the food was horrendous. The Ribeye was cold by the time it arrived. The pasta had zero flavor or taste, it just tasted like cooked noodles. The fried calamari I think was cooked in overused oil, it was nasty. The fajitas came with a huge helping of vegetables, not so much beef and TWO tortillas. Are you kidding me, two tortillas, it was truly laughable. When I asked for the check they wondered if I wanted everything boxed up to go. I informed them no thanks, the meal sucked. The wait staff were excellent, no complaints on them. It was the cooks. Another interesting fact is both times when paying the bill, the manager didn't ask a single question about the meals. I guess he already knows it's uneatable. The problem is those families inbound/outbound and living in the Navy Lodge have limited choices here at Support Site NSA Naples to eat if they have shipped their car or awaiting on it to arrive. read more

I'll give this place a 2 stars just because the waitstaff is kind and it's not their fault the food here absolutely sucks. The food is either too bland or too salty. It's also way too expensive. Do yourself a favor and go out in town to eat. The pasta is way better and cheaper. read more

This place is a classic example of the menu being too large for any one dish to be executed with care. First off, the chips and salsa... The chips were *obviously* tostitos from the market (not even close to the most authentic you can buy yourself) with a thimble full or, again, cheap store bought salsa. The *homemade* veggie burger was like leather in both look *and* texture. No joke! Even the most cursory search on the web will give you brilliant veggie burger recipes. Also, when asking the bartender for a lemon wedge for my hefeweizen(that was already at my table), he first said that I had to order it from my server? Ummm, no... It's just a shame that they do not have competition on-site. They would be out of business with respect to food. If you can't execute every dish on your with even the slightest bit of perfection, you need to start culling items... I was warned not to eat here and I should have listened. read more

This is the only restaurant here on the military base I live on which in itself (being the only one) is a huge disappointment. I wish they would have at least put a good quality restaurant here if it was going to be the only one. I literally try NOT to go here. read more

Food is mediocre and I have not found a dish that l enjoy. The pasta is not flavorful, the burgers are full of salt and no spices, the salads are soggy, the sandwiches have no meat and a big chunk of mozzarella, and the desserts are bought from the commissary. The drinks are expensive and limited. It's a base restaurant; it's expensive and gross. read more
