We were having a few beers and we grabbed a couple of chairs, then we were asked to yield our spot to some other people because they were paying for a bottle of Antioqueno! the good: - this is CLEARLY THE BEST SALSA* CLUB IN HOUSTON IMHO - DJ Edwin and his choice of old school salsa music - great ambiance - nice classy club - the wait staff the not so good: - NADA, zilch, nothing, zero *SALSA to me is a music genre that thru the years has become a generic term that here in the US has become a category that lumps together all Latin music that includes Reggaeton, Bachata and Merengue. If you like these types of music then there's plenty of places to go in Houston (e.g. Gloria's and Tropicana to name a few). However if you want to go Old School and enjoy a night of dancing Salsa (Colombian, Puerto Rican, Cuban) music with your woman, then go here. If you do decide to go and experience this cool club then be prepared to dress, dance, drink and party accordingly! I've been to this place twice with my friend because she enjoys the music! I frankly think that the place is too small and overpacked! I guess I don't enjoy salsa as much as she does because I have never heard half the songs that they play! There is no place to sit and there are only 2 toilets in the women's restroom. On top of that the restroom is so small that everyone is in line and trying to wash their hands like a packed can of sardines! It's ok If you just don't have no where else to go and are bored and want to just pass some time! I personally don't recommend it! Wanted to try this new spot close to home so we stopped by on a whim. 1st strike was they have a cover charge of $10 to get in even at 1:00 am. 2nd of all they frisked my husband for weapons. 3rd of all the place is very small with very small limited seating. This club over charges more then the receipt shows so the staff tips themselves without your consent (credit card fraud). Luckily I have my receipt and will be calling my credit card company and perhaps put a red flag on this establishment. My advice is keep your receipt when going to this club. read more

My experience at this place went like this: Its Saturday at 10 pm, no one inside besides a group of waitresses debating who had the best Colombian butt implants. There was a $10 admission fee so for my wife and it came to $20 dollars. Although there was no one client inside we were still NOT allowed to sit anywhere, so basically we paid $20 for the right to stand at the bar for one hour since apparently all the tables were reserved for the so-called (VIP)s. The customer service was close to ZERO. But that's not all. I used two different credit cards, one to pay the admissions and one to pay for a couple of drinks. BOTH WERE CLONED. I did receive confirmation from CHASE and Capital One for fraudulent transitions just 3 days after using them a Bamboleo. As you can see in previous reviews, the owner seems to be incapable of accepting constructive criticism and responds very aggressively to people's comments. But I am stating the facts and I stand by my true. My cards were cloned at this place. An investigation is taking place. Meanwhile, Protect your identity, stay away from this place. read more
