The real star was our server, Marcelo. Instead of just taking our order, he asked each of us what we like and suggested a dish for everyone. He was spot on. I had the Rigatoni Palermitana, with sausage, pomodoro, capers, olives and a kick of Calabrian chili, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. Everyone in our party loved the meal. It felt like eating at an Italian grandmother's table, which fits the name. If you're in Little Italy, go, and ask for Marcelo! PS don't forget the gelato!

After a long day at the beach, we ordered a bottle of wine, and I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't ridiculously overpriced. Sitting outside, enjoying a glass of wine and watching Little Italy come alive was exactly what we needed. Our server was exceptional. The service was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. But let's talk about the food... The food was AMAZING. We ordered several different things, and everything we tried was delicious, but the pappardelle with short ribs was the standout. The pasta was absolutely fantastic--rich, comforting, and exactly the kind of Italian comfort food you want at the end of a long day. And then there was the dessert case... Oh. My. Goodness. Everything in that case looked like it was personally designed to make you regret saying, "No, we're too full for dessert." Nonna was exactly what we were hoping for that evening: great food, great service, a beautiful Little Italy setting, and a relaxed atmosphere where we could sit outside and enjoy ourselves. I can't wait to go back and eat some more Italian comfort food--and next time, I'm getting the tiramisu.

Known for serving authentic Neapolitan-style thin-crust pizzas cooked in a 900-degree imported wood-burning oven. Absolutely stunning btw... They even import their wood (white oak) from Naples to achieve that perfect char- chef's kiss! Service was amazing from start to finish. We arrived early. And were given the opportunity to pick and choose where we wanted to dine. Love the aesthetics and vibe (very modern with an elegant touch). The food was absolutely delicious! For starters, we ordered the Polpette Ligure- tender beef meatballs simmered in a rich tomato sauce. Tons of flavor and just the right amount of sauce! The garlic bruschetta bread also had a nice crunch to it! For pizzas, we ordered The Margherita, 4 Carni, and a Spicy Salami (because they don't serve pepperoni). My son was very disappointed about that, lol. He's still learning to expand his palate! The crust on the pizzas were out of bounds 10/10! The outer rim was perfectly puffy with blistering char marks that gave you that crackly crunch with every bite- AMAZING! Fresh ingredients all around! The fennel sausage was so damn good (has a little kick to it). Highly recommend the 4 Carni on your first try! This place met all of our expectations. And we're excited to say, we'll be back for more! Cheers!

This was my second time here, and it continues to be an amazing restaurant. Everything we ordered was delicious, and our server, Aaron, truly went above and beyond. I tried the cacio e pepe, which was VERY peppery and cheesy, but unfortunately a little dry for my taste. The real winner for me was the pumpkin ravioli. So delicious! I love when you can try a little bit of everything, and having a group willing to share made it fun to explore the menu. Of course, we also had to try the famous bread. Pro tip: don't skimp on the honey! My first piece was a little underwhelming because I didn't use enough, but once I figured out the proper honey-to-bread ratio, I was ALL IN. My favorite part might have been the back patio. The outdoor air and relaxed vibes made it such a lovely spot to catch up with work friends over a leisurely meal. I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu, especially if that pumpkin ravioli is still waiting for me!
