It's cute in there and the quality of product is great. Today, I was there with my potty-training 3 year old and 6 year old, shopping for a couple of birthday presents. The 3 year old needed to potty. The employees told us that they didn't have a bathroom. I said, "I come here all the time. I know you have a bathroom. I've used it." They unapologetically stated that the owner told them no bathroom use for customers. I was confused. They were matter-of-fact and insistent that this is the policy of the owner. I said, "This is a shop for little kids. You don't let kids use the bathroom?" They insisted no- that it was the policy of the owner. If this is true (I can't image they were lying to me), I just can't support the place. My three year old peed her pants while we were still in there. I spent the last $130 I will ever spend at Toy Division. Now I'll make the drive to Montclair to shop local for kids toys.

Short version: I haven't visited the store yet myself, but their customer service is incredible…read more Long version: I recently received a beautiful gift from Toy Division, and when I fully unboxed up the item later I saw that it was unfortunately damaged to the point that I couldn't have used it. (To be clear - it was not Toy Division's fault at all, definitely an issue with the item manufacturer, and it would not have been visible until you removed the item from its packaging.) I didn't want to bother the gift giver with it so I figured I would check with Toy Division just in case they could help, but honestly I'd already mentally chalked it up to an unfixable bummer and was prepared to move on. To my surprise I got an email response within a few hours, and after a brief and very helpful email exchange with Indira, I had a brand-new replacement item coming my way directly from the manufacturer! I'm so, so happy that I'll be able to use this lovely present, and I'm equally thrilled with the friendliness, speed, and effectiveness of the Toy Division team. Thank you so much Indira for turning a bummer of a situation into a delightful one!

I ordered parts for a patient lift system. Tiger Medical did not make this an easy process. I had…read morepreviously ordered parts from them and had no issues at all (hence the third star). This time was a completely different story. They ignored my initial outreach and when I did finally get through to a person the ordeal was just beginning. Confusion (on both ends) about what parts were needed, getting those parts ordered, shipped and delivered -- what a nightmare. To top it off, they're using some third-rate shipping company whose package tracking site is a sad joke and whose trucks are apparently powered by turtles. IF the last parcel arrives on schedule it will be one month from the day the order was placed. Additional information: I've added a star to my review because the parts arrived two days ahead of schedule, so ignore my remark about turtle powered trucks. I have also had to communicate with the account rep at Tiger Medical for some direction on lift installation and was very impressed with the prompt and professional response I received.

Now was told it looked as though it hasn't been even completed. How is this company still be in business. I could have gone on You-Tube, gotten the supplies and made the tables myself in the time these 2 cabinets are taking.

After talking to them, I knew I wanted to go with them. Their customer service, attention to details, and organization are 5-star levels. One thing that really stood out to me was that instead of asking me how many boxes I need, they asked me to send them pics of my place and stuff, and they calculated the number of small, medium and large boxes I need. It's so easy to underestimate and get a different price at the end. Also, I know I wanted packers because its speeds up the entire process of moving and settling in. I'm so glad I did with Roadway. It usually takes me over half a week to pack and be stressed for over a week, but Diego and his 3 teammates packed up our studio in 2-3 hours. They're so professional. They moved so quickly with care and accuracy. Most importantly, all my kitchen appliances were wrapped with care and delivered and arrived to my new apartment in the same condition. It took us about 2 hrs to settle in, and they once again unpacked most of the furnitures and reassembled them, making me feel settled in and relaxed. I cannot thank their team enough. They're all so polite, friendly and efficient. Within 1 day, I already feel 95% settled in. It's the easiest, stress-free moving experience I had in a while!

Nevertheless, I paid. And, once I paid they turned around left. Needless to say, I refused to be scammed, recorded them and called the police who assisted me in verifying they voided the payment. Go elsewhere.

It doesn't matter what day of the week or time of the day, the line always wraps around 2x. I'm sure theft would go down and wouldn't require security guards to let you in and out if people can check out of the store at a normal rate. 2 cash registers open at a time does NOT work considering how busy this place is.
