Over the years, my sorority sisters and I have used her Uber services and I hired her to pick up my sorority sister at the HSV airport to drop her off at her Daddy's house where she was staying because it was such a late flight. I felt 1000% confident and peace of mind that Miss Eunice [as she always does!] would be the best, safest bet to transport this "Precious Cargo" to her Daddy's house. She is incredibly responsive, loves the Lord and walks in His ways, is *always* on time, beyond pleasant, and just an all-around joy! I've been in a lot of cabs in my day, ya'll! I've had plenty of less than stellar experiences both locally [shady characters, crappy vehicles, and *not* on time] and while TDY [I'm looking at you DC cabbies!!] Rest assured you are in the BEST of hands with sweet Miss Eunice, she has not only raised the bar for providing transportation, she has vastly exceeded the bar in each and every respect! Merry Christmas to you and yours, Miss Eunice! May your exciting business venture continue to thrive and grow!

I told him I didn't care what it cost was just glad to have found an availability. Well day of prom an old Lincoln Town car showed up at my door. I wasn't worried at 1st because I knew it was a mistake that could be corrected. When I called Frank he was rude and nasty and told me I got what I ordered. I reminded him I requested a limo from a limousine service; not a 2005 town car sedan. He told me I didn't have but 2 people and that was all I needed. I said it wasn't up to you to decide what i needed. I asked for a limousine and you sent an old car. He told me i could send the car back and he was still going to charge my credit card. After about 15 minutes of arguing back and forth he took $100 off a $500 bill and I was stuck with the old car. I DO NOT recommend their services to anyone!

Keep in mind I said I needed a chaperone and was having oral surgery. Two key terms that clearly make it known that I needed someone to remain with me in the facility. It's common sense when having Oral Surgery! I also stated that I needed someone to stay with me when she asked for clarification. I asked for a refund and the company refused. My boyfriend called and tried to reason with the manager and she had a nasty attitude with him! Find you a better company!

I highly recommend Crosslin Transportation Service! Recently in Huntsville on business, I searched…read moreand found CTS and very glad I did. I do have Uber & Lyft apps, but last few of those rides have been less than satisfactory. Most of the drivers drive too fast for my liking, and most seem mainly focused on # of rides they can make. Crosslin's driver waited patiently as I made my way through the Huntsville airport, greeted me with a smile, then went right to work loading all of my luggage into the van. He was very polite and professional and we had a nice conversation on the ride to my hotel. A very attentive and safe driver as well. After unloading my luggage, CTS driver helped me place luggage on bell cart. A 5 Star rating for Crosslin Transportation Service! I will definitely be using them again on my way out of town!

Sorority Sisters and I stopped here yesterday and the Welcome Center building itself appears to be brand new! I don't recall it having the current configuration; however, it's been a while since I've been here. The interior was spotless! The man working the counter was extremely friendly, and the entire interior smelled fresh and clean! There was a large screen TV over the interior counter, and rows and rows of organized pamphlets, maps, brochures, etc. with maps on the walls. The bathroom was modern, again, *clean* and well stocked with lots of stalls for the ladies and ample countertop space. The exterior grounds were equally spotless. There were people walking their dogs along the sidewalks, an employee picking up trash, and numerous covered, wheelchair accessible concrete patio tables available. There is a really pretty section in the front with an American flag, other flags and monuments, we did not browse through. This is a really nice rest stop to get a snack, or a drink, pick up some regional information, ask the clerk any relevant questions, and I think you are allowed to leave a vehicle there up to four days, however, make sure you check their website about that.
