I felt 1000% confident and peace of mind that Miss Eunice [as she always does!] would be the best, safest bet to transport this "Precious Cargo" to her Daddy's house. She is incredibly responsive, loves the Lord and walks in His ways, is *always* on time, beyond pleasant, and just an all-around joy! I've been in a lot of cabs in my day, ya'll! We call this a "One cockroach ride"…read more.. Driving thru town and spent one night... We were staying at the Comfort Suites and wanted to cabber it downtown and have a few brews not have to worry about driving. Ole girl at Comfort Suites suggested Quad Cities taxi and gave us the number... This was one of the most adventurously, terrifying cab rides I have ever had. The cab driver, was an extraordinarily large man. 300 pounds - easy.... maybe 350. There were empty and partially eaten fast-food product throughout the vehicle. The upside was; really really nice guy. Funny too. But then, I felt something slithering and crawling on my neck. I reached around to grab, "whatever" and in my hand was a large cockroach. I proceeded to squash it on large cabber man's flo.... Upon arriving at our destination I washed my hands with soap prior to consuming anything... The ride home we used the same company and had an older man that smoked the whole way. We got from point A to B, and B to A safely, but the cockroach experience warrants a low overall rating.
