Mr. Jennings was very helpful and I appreciated the professional way. He approaches his business, which is that once he has the pick up location and drop off location he gives you a written estimate, which you approve, and then send him the pre-payment just like an Uber. After that, I got a picture of the car that was picking up my godson which I passed on to him. The whole process was quite seamless. Cost was around $68 plus tax tip. I paid around $76 total.

I called back at 12:37pm to ask if the cab driver might've gotten lost. She said no they should be close. I called back at 12:50pm and asked again if the cab driver got lost. I was told that the "took it" then "driver gave it back". I told her that I was going to my kids appointment at 1 pm. She hung up the phone when I called back to find out why she hung up she said she didn't have no cabs available anymore. I'm going to miss my kids appointment all because she didn't communicate correctly. Bad attitude.

We were very pleased and thankful for the recommendations that Alicia Wilson gave us during our…read morerecent trip to Berlin, Germany. She was able to book the hotel we were looking at online, on other sites, at a much lower rate. She even let us know that there was a breakfast option that we could add which we found to be very convenient, and made the trip better. We traveled with seniors and also valued her expertise on travel insurance which to our surprise would cover medical as well. We went ahead and purchased it for peace of mind and was also affordable. She processed the reservation in a timely manner and we received booking and insurance information both by email and regulare postal. We are looking forward to using her services next time we travel.

Sorority Sisters and I stopped here yesterday and the Welcome Center building itself appears to be brand new! I don't recall it having the current configuration; however, it's been a while since I've been here. The interior was spotless! The man working the counter was extremely friendly, and the entire interior smelled fresh and clean! There was a large screen TV over the interior counter, and rows and rows of organized pamphlets, maps, brochures, etc. with maps on the walls. The bathroom was modern, again, *clean* and well stocked with lots of stalls for the ladies and ample countertop space. The exterior grounds were equally spotless. There were people walking their dogs along the sidewalks, an employee picking up trash, and numerous covered, wheelchair accessible concrete patio tables available. There is a really pretty section in the front with an American flag, other flags and monuments, we did not browse through. This is a really nice rest stop to get a snack, or a drink, pick up some regional information, ask the clerk any relevant questions, and I think you are allowed to leave a vehicle there up to four days, however, make sure you check their website about that.
