Called back 1 week later and canceled was told they were out of town and as soon as they got back they would refund, the wife says we can mail them a check from here. Okay good thanks. Well we have received NOTHING back no calls NOTHING so my husband calls Thomas this am to ask what was up with the refund! He tells him I'm not giving you the refund, my husband says you said when I talked to you weeks ago you was going to send the refund, he replied yeah I'm not. My husband states they have no cancellation policy on their site, he says well you didn't ask me when you reserved. He said I called you to cancel a week later and you stated you would refund. We gave you a month notice to cancel. He says yeah I'm not refunding. So he screwed us out of 312$.... NOT very professional or courteous if you ask me.
