The installation side is Sanders Home Services and if your trying to have them do anything other then replace a faucet, fix a leaky valve or replace your HVAC you'll be sorely disappointed. I give the place 3 stars as the employees, designers and workers are decent hardworking folks who do try and do their best under a poorly managed business.

Decided to do 2 other rooms in the same hardwood and made the purchase from Lowes as it matched the existing PERFECTLY. Here is the rub. Clearly after doing the first room, I realized that the work was a bit more involved than my knees would take. I reached out to A & J to get a quote on having them do the second room as I have had work done by them 3 times before and all jobs were a success!! I did not get the telephone. The gentleman that answered was a bit "put off" when I asked his name and got the standard, "well who is this"? I introduced myself and explained that they had done work for us before, and I wanted to see if they could help me out. I was asked where I bought the flooring, and I responded Lowe's. Then I got a "we will not install flooring purchased from Lowe's" No explanation, no nothing. That will be the LAST time I EVER call A & J and if their "m.o. is to be rude, they are successful!! Clearly, they have fart too much business and will ever get another dime of mine and my referrals will be sent to LL, Lowes or ANYONE that is not A&J. Avoid these guys like the plague!!!!

He never answered my calls describing the problem. He never received the message was his excuse. I was forced into using another company costing me hundreds of dollars. No reimbursement did I receive. The job almost finished, his response was your next on the list for completion so my dishwasher was never put in correctly. Waiting long enough I had to hire my own plumber. He did not use his professional staff but rather a crew of a father and two sons. Poor workmanship.

Nevertheless, after the installation, we bought some items to their attention regarding the shower doors automatically sliding to one side, handle installed incorrectly (when pointing to hot water you get cold), and most of all, water coming out from under the shower doors onto the floor. Because the doors were fixed from sliding by leveling at the top, more water come out from under the glass shower doors due a larger gap created by leveling at the top. We would love a solution to this problem.
