I replied, i am not angry but I am upset over the fact that I have left a message for approximately 2 weeks and no one has called me back. Fantes representative said by upgrading the HVAC unit I would save 20-30 in gas bills. Quite the opposite happened. My usage, not amount of the bill, but my usage has gone up almost every month sometimes by 40-50%. No one could figure out why! I felt lied to, made promises of saving me money etc. and got ripped off beyond believe.
