They were completely honest, confirmed the battery was bad, and replaced it immediately. I was also quoted $1,800 by the dealership to replace the weatherstripping. Tony took a look, explained my options clearly, and gave me a much more affordable solution using clips (which means I just open the front door when closing the rear). I went with that option and couldn't be happier. It's refreshing to find a shop that's honest and truly looks out for the customer instead of trying to upsell unnecessary work. Tony and the team at Balistreri Auto Service are the real deal. Highly recommend!

In my case he worked on my car in the driveway. It couldn't have been easier. And it couldn't have been more cost effective. Way less than half of what the garage wanted. And it passed inspection! Oh and get this. Dan (the mechanic) called me two days later to follow up and make sure that everything was ok with the car. Show me another mechanic that does that! So I get to keep the car a few more years. Many thanks to Dan and Garage2u.

That has changed now thanks to the guys at KG Autoworks. They worked her into their very busy schedule while she was on vacation. We knew it needed rear brakes and rotors, an oil change and the liftback hydrolic struts replaced. Since they had it overnight anyway we had them fix the CV axle too. They didn't give a long list of things to fix or try and scare her into fixing the CV axle right away. They were honest, fair on pricing and worked quickly. They did a good job and we are very pleased. We will be return customers. We highly recommend KG Autoworks, especially for women.
