The balloons never shosed up. I emailed her and did not get a response. I called her and did not get a response. I then texted her and she finally texted me back 2 hours after the balloons should have been delivered. She didn't know how to refund me. I said, you are a business, correct? If you own a business, you should know how to refund a customer who never received the goods. You should close the business to customers if you can't handle the orders until you can again. Poor business! Would never recommend this business. If you can't run it, hire someone who can communicate to the customers. 20 thumbs down to this company.
