Unfortunately, our initial online order from a different website was canceled due to availability issues. Thankfully, we found this truly LOCAL flower shop! We called and they were incredibly helpful from the start. They walked us through a few options and helped us choose the perfect arrangement. Price wise - on par with most spots and different price points based on how big the arrangement is. They really do try to find something within your budget. They were very timely in keeping in touch with us and answering our many questions leading up to the wedding day. On the day itself, we (and our guests) were so happy with the quality of the food and the service, as well as the service of the catering staff and bartender. Guests couldn't stop talking about how good the buffet was, and I was especially grateful that they did such a nice job of serving the homemade wedding cakes I brought to the venue (it was wonderful that they wrapped up individual slices and set them out on the tables for people to take home, which was such a nice touch!). In spite of some minor hiccups on my part, they handled everything with grace and understanding, making our event a memorable one that our guests still commend to this day. When we received the photos, most were dark, had harsh shadows on our faces, and looked nothing like the quality we got last year. Honestly, they looked worse than what I could have taken on an iPhone. When I emailed to address the issues, she ignored me and instead posted a passive-aggressive Instagram story aimed at my concerns. She only responded after I called her out. I was truly shocked at how she responded with no concern for whether her clients are happy. Her attitude made it clear she does not care about client satisfaction. Whatever she says goes, and she has no interest in fixing mistakes or making anything right. The quality of her work has gone downhill, and the way she treats clients is completely unacceptable. Her Instagram may look polished, but that is not reality. Even the typos on her website and prep guide were red flags for how unprofessional she is. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. This entire experience was a huge disappointment from start to finish.
