I placed an order 2 months ago for my son's Penn State college graduation party. I called just to make sure all was going to be delivered on time. She had no idea who I was or the date or order. I had sent her pictures and it was to be an 8 foot congratulations Penn State balloon arrangement for 150.00. To be delivered to the Green Pond Country Club.
