And there, she just wrapped up a 450-person, 2-day event for us, and we so many compliments. Even my banquet coordinator in Napa said she would keep Linda at the top of her list. I tried to negotiate with him, offering to pay a little more if he would take a little less than the 2nd quote he gave me. Hi response was to cancel me on his calendar. In my dealings with him he showed very poor communication skills both by phone & email. I suggest you find another balloon decorator.
