The arrangements were even more stunning in person -- vibrant, elegant, and beautifully crafted. They delivered them to the venue on time and even set them up with such care and creativity that it instantly elevated the entire space. Their quality of service, high standards and attention to detail makes the process effortless from start to finish. I had to call on a family member for help because I do not reside in town. That was a bit of an inconvenience, but nevertheless, my family member went into the store, picked out what we wanted, and got everything reserved. The total with the pictured balloons and delivery, which is an additional $25, was $64 and some change. If in town again, I would support them because they are a local business.

I came across Static Jump through Groupon and coordinated with Aisha for our bounce house. Aisha and Alex came timely to get the bounce house set up and brought corn hole for us as well. The kids LOVED the bounce house. The bounce house was clean, sturdy and they put a mat at the end so the kids had a soft landing (which was great as it was on concrete). Highly recommend working with Aisha and Alex!

This is a smaller venue and for the budget we had, it worked perfectly for us. I stumbled upon this venue on Yelp and after reading the reviews, we both knew this was the place for us. I love that they allow you to bring in your own food, alcohol, decorations, and don't force any "preferred" vendors down your throat. This truly helped us stay within our budget. The space itself is just beautiful and charming. High ceilings, lovely hardwood floors, plenty of greenery space surrounding the building to take pictures, and plenty of parking for our guests. They had all the tables and chairs we needed so we didn't have to rent anything and the facility manager was on site during our event so if there was an issue, she was able to assist. We just loved how helpful Cindy and Beth were. From the time we decided to use the space, to the day of our wedding, they were always quick to respond to any questions we had and were just overall helpful. The venue has space that is quite versatile and they setup the area to your needs. It was the charm of the exterior that really helped us make the decision as we knew we would have our celebration during the summer. They have a brick area out front (with lovely string lights that just make it soooo much cuter in the evening) where we ended up having a small ceremony and also used the space as just an area where our guests could come outside, sit, and mingle during our reception. They have a bridal suite, a pretty big kitchen for vendors to use during the event, and a good amount of restrooms for your guests. My husband and I couldn't have picked a more lovely place to have our wedding and am so happy that we went with our gut and stuck with our decision to utilize the Solarium. There are some moments where you just don't have the words to express how gracious you feel but I must say we loved everything about The Solarium and would reccomend this anyone!

It's got great natural light and a pretty color palate. I only had two issues with their event service. 1. I wish they recycled. My wedding was three years ago, so maybe they do now. I had to ask a couple of friends to help me with recycling so that all of the glass and plastic wouldn't go into the garbage. 2. I wish they would clean up the bride's room a little. This is the main room for the bride to get ready, and it's usually a mess. They call it the "art room" and wouldn't really help to de-clutter it for photos. Still, even with these issues, it's a great value for an in-town location and it's a beautiful part of Decatur's history. I love to shoot there, too!

My husband and I were married at the DeKalb County Historic Courthouse, and Courtney was on their list of preferred coordinators and florists. While doing my research, her excellent reviews and transparent pricing immediately stood out. From the very beginning, I felt confident that she truly understood my vision--and she brought it to life beautifully. One thing I truly appreciated about working with Courtney is that she does not nickel and dime you. She was always upfront about costs and actively looked for ways to save us money without sacrificing quality or style. She offered thoughtful suggestions and alternatives that stayed within our budget, which made the entire planning process feel honest, supportive, and stress-free. Courtney did the flowers for my wedding. We had an initial phone call where I explained what I…read morewanted and provided some inspiration photos. The bouquet image I sent had beautiful rich, fall colors. I paid the deposit and was confident we were on the same page. The invoice provided had the picture I had provided alongside the flowers and colors she would be using. The day of my wedding when I saw the flowers, I was taken aback because they looked nothing like what we had discussed or the visual I provided. I had the bridesmaids pick their dresses to match the colors of the bouquet- the same photo I sent Courtney. I emailed her and she was extremely dismissive of my concerns. I didn't ask for a refund. I asked for accountability. She proceeded to tell me that she can't refund the time or the flowers and that she provided 'every color and flower listed in the invoice'. I will attach the invoice, the inspiration photo, and a photo of the flowers provided. I was very excited about my flowers and planned all of the wedding colors around them. They were pretty flowers, just not what I asked for and what we had agreed on. I can't prove what was said on that initial phone call, but I can assure you I used the words "fall flowers'. She said 'I never expressed wanting fall colors' for my mid October wedding. It's a little sheisty how she hides behind the fact that she used the colors listed in the invoice... colors have many shades so that's convenient for her. I do not recommend her services almost purely because of her email responses to me. I am an extremely forgiving and understanding person but I'm a huge believer in accountability.
