Sent something totally different from what I ordered. Looks like they just wanted to get rid of the flowers they had on hand. The handwriting on the sash is horrid. I do not recommend. This florist went above & beyond on a funeral bouquet we ordered from out of state to show a co-worker how much we love her & are thinking of her after the loss of her mother. I received a lovely arrangement from Dream's Florist Designs ordered by my husband and hand delivered to me the next day. It is certainly one of the most artfully designed arrangements that I have ever received. Even better, the roses actually smell like roses instead of nothing at all. These flowers were ordered through 1-800 Flowers and replaced an arrangement ordered through FTD, which never arrived after four days of waiting with no explanation. ***Update June 5, 2020: it's been a week since my order and email and there has been no reply or attempt from the flower shop to at least acknowledge that what was delivered is not what is advertised. Spare yourself the disappointment and do not order from the flower shop!!! Check out the pictures I attached.....to the review. This is a total SCAM! May 29, 2020 I recently ordered online the Forever Beloved deluxe bouquet. What was delivered did not look at all like the advertised flower arrangement. I contacted the business however when I got to this page I read the similar experience and don't think I will ever hear back from them. I ordered a plant from their website for an employee who's mother passed away. I picked this particular plant because the plant and the presentation were both very beautiful (on the site). I ordered on a Friday to deliver on the following Monday. I called the florist Tuesday morning to make sure the delivery took place. When I spoke to the associate she said she could not locate the order took my information and said she would call me back. When she called back she was still unsure of the order and said "oh yeah I think we delivered that yesterday". She said the process for them is to ring the door bell and leave it. I asked if they call the person being delivered to and she said no. So you just sit flowers out in the heat or cold with no follow up?!?! Ok! When my employee came back to work I asked her to send me a picture of what was delivered. The only thing that was the same as the picture on the site was the vase it came in. The plants (yes there were two different plants in it) were drooping and did not represent me at all. In all honesty they made me look like a cheapskate! When I called to express this to the florist her solution was to go to my employees house and take the plant back. That is completely unacceptable! I will never do business with this florist again and I will tell anyone I know not to as well. Photos attached are what I ordered and what was delivered. read more

I found out that my mother's best friend was diagnosed with breast cancer so I wanted to send her an arrangement to cheer her up. I live in Detroit so I found this place on google. I placed my order and was really excited to surprise someone so dear to me during a rough time. Well. I received a voicemail that the address was wrong? I called and explained that I didn't live there and just had the address I was given. They attempted to deliver again but couldn't find the house. They tried again. And then I had to give up the gig and ask my mother's friend to explain how to get there. I assumed they would charge me extra delivery fees but they gladly worked with us and made sure it was delivered! My mother's friend was thrilled and I was very appreciative of their willingness to get it to her and not drag me over the coals about making the delivery happen. Thank you!!! read more

I ordered flowers from Avasflowers and the order was fulfilled by Dream's Florist Designs. Not only did they not deliver the flowers ordered but put two artificial flowers on the arrangement. I ordered a medium and got a small arrangement! The Florist intentionally left off the message for the family and who sent them! Do not use this Florist. It has gotten to the point that businesses just don't care about their service but Social Media does!!​ read more

I have received two floral arrangements from Dream's and I am very pleased with my gifts. Both arrangements were full of beautiful and fragrant flowers. The icing on the cake is that the accompanying notes were handwritten instead of printed from a printer! I love that extra personalized and special touch! read more

One of the worst scams . We ordered an arrangement for a dear friend . Got a message from her saying it was nice but knew it wasn't what we ordered . Called the florist and questioned why this occurred .They said they were out of stock and sent another one instead. We asked why we were not informed of the stock out so we could order another . No answer. Requested a refund. They then said they went to pick up the wrong arrangement but the customer refused to give it back.This is ridiculous and a lie. then then charged us AGAIN but we blocked payment. My message to all in that area...order at you own peril from this terrible store. read more

Horrible! I paid $75 for a gift to be sent to my friend. After placing my order, I received an email that what I had ordered was out of stock and was it ok to substitute. I replied that"yes it was ok". Find out later that nothing was ever delivered. I have called and emailed multiple times and no response. They took my money and have provided no service or product. We have contacted our credit card to stop payment. read more

Very accommodating and knowledgeable, the arrangement was just lovely. The staff (M.) that I worked with was able to provide detail on the hardiness of flowers during this time of the year, February/March and speak to availability based on inclement weather that has had some effect on the growing season. When it was learned the person at the location the flowers were to go to was not in on the delivery day I was contacted and told they would see that the arrangement was delivered to the right person the following day. It is always difficult to communicate your vision over the phone when choosing an arrangement, Dream's made it easy and I am so very grateful. Gracious staff and amazing service. read more

A friend sent me a gorgeous Thanksgiving setting that was delivered by a very friendly delivery man the day before the holiday. The flowers were fresh, colorful and beautifully arranged with a cute candle in the middle. We thoroughly enjoyed having the arrangement on the dining room table. And then it got better! The Monday after the holiday, someone from their shop called to tell me I had received the incorrect arrangement, that mine should have been one with 2 candles. They promptly had a driver at my home delivering ANOTHER, larger, gorgeous arrangement and apologized for the original delivery. I have not yet had the need for a florist in the East Atlanta area, but the great products and the amazing customer service and honesty of these folks have ensured that they now have me as a customer! read more

Paid for order for Valentine's Day delivery online only to have them call me and tell me that if I wanted them delivered that it will be an extra $3 charge this week. One thing about choices what one won't do the other one will. Can't patronize with certain people. read more
