They're in a new space than when I was growing up in Eugene, now on the other side of Office Depot in an area that looks like its totally industrial, tucked way in the back corner. For a moment I wondered if it was actually open to the public, but it is indeed. It's not a large space (smaller than the one of days past) but it is chock full of stuff. There is stuff to help you celebrate just about any occasion, from birthdays and anniversaries to graduations and holidays. Napkins, cups, decor, trinkets and favors all can be found here. And I just needed a couple balloons and they had what I needed here. The employee who helped me was friendly.
