We saw zebras, oxen, gazelle,…read moreostrich's, cheetahs, a peacock, camels, parrots, ducks etc. The land is beautiful, and many of the animals aren't behind a fence so they roam freely. They come pretty close to the cars so you get that up close feel. At the end you can even feed some of the animals (goats, lambs) if you pay extra for that option. It's very family friendly and our tour guide was knowledgeable. As others have said you connect to a radio station and can hear her throughout the tour in the car. You can expect to spend around 2 hours here. Some suggestions that could have made the excursion more enjoyable and efficient would be: -Have everyone sign and fill out forms beforehand -If a car hasn't paid to feed the animals, allow a lane for them to leave so they're not just sitting and waiting on the other cars who did pay to feed the animals -Have more than one exit and entrance (this may not be feasible, but it might help with suggestion 1 Overall we had a great time and I would recommend it. Make sure you have a working radio and air conditioning if it's hot!

The scenery alone was worth it, but what really made the experience special was Captain Sage. Her knowledge of the lakes, the area, and the wildlife was incredible, and the way she shared it made everything feel relaxed and engaging, not scripted or rushed. She has a great presence and genuinely loves what she does, which made the whole cruise even more enjoyable. I will ask for Captain Sage every single time and will definitely be back. I did enjoy my short visit, however, I am an aviation history junkie. But for the average person, I think they will be greatly disappointed. It used to be an incredible place with an immersive experience and a huge display of functional airplanes. Now it is just one small hanger with a small sampling of planes bunched together. Garrett was a blast! We are just coming into the warm season and most manatees are back in the…read moregulf, he still got us to 7 manatees, 2 gators, and we caught a dolphin in kings bay towards the end. He gave us plenty of time to look for things to come up out of the water which was great for my 2 year old. Boat was shaded and was enjoyable even with a small child. Other tours wouldn't let me book because she was under 3- we brought our own lifevest but they did also have some on board that were her size.

We went into the cove area and there was 1 manatee that other boats were waiting to see. After one group left, we swam up, saw it for about 5 min before it swam off. That was basically the extent of it. I swam to see one of the springs. But for $500 for a family of 5; I wish there we could have seen others or at least tried to go and see other ones. It also would have been helpful if we could have had an option to cancel if they had tours that didn't see any or really low exposure that day (or been able to reschedule for a colder day).
