If you have your Magic Band ready when you get off the plane, it's incredibly easy, and you just walk up and scan your Magic Band and they tell you what line to stand in. Line 10 is AKL for both villages and Coronado. A personal gripe of mine; I don't think Deluxe resorts should have to share busses. Before this trip, we'd always stayed at Polynesian and Grand Floridian. They are both Deluxe resorts, and they share with Contemporary, and all of those resorts are right next to each other, so it didn't really bother me. But this time we were at Animal Kingdom Lodge, and we stopped at Art of Animation and Pop Century before getting to AKL. I just think the Deluxe resorts are so much more expensive that they could get their own busses. In any case, I landed at the airport at 3:45, was on a bus by 4:15, and on resort at 5:07. I don't think it's worth the cost of an Uber to get there like a half hour faster, but that's up to you. One thing that's great about Disney is that you don't need to worry about transportation at all once you get there, and I really appreciate that. And if you check bags, you don't even need to get those, and they'll deliver them right to your room. I had a very early flight home though, and they picked me up excessively early. I got picked up at 5:30am for an 8:30am flight. I didn't have luggage, but if I did I could have checked it at the resort, so no one needs to be at the airport that early. I sat around for a good 2 hours before my flight. That might have been worth taking an Uber just so I could sleep another hour. It's still a great service though, and I plan to use it again next time. There's really no reason to spend extra on transportation when this is included with your stay.

Then just use the free Disney transportation to get to parks and shopping. Never had a bad experience! Clean and comfortable buses, with professional courteous drivers. Charging ports on the bus along with TV's showcasing Disney info and trivia. They have this down to a science. Be sure to tag your bags correctly, and they will get them for you, and they magically show up at your hotel. The buses run on specific schedules and based on the time of your flight be prepared to leave a bit earlier to the airport. I read this service will end in 2022. Sad, as it's a terrific perk.

We barely made our flight on time thanks to Mears. No time to get breakfast or anything for my kids before we had to rush onto the plane. No apologies from Mears for any of this. Terrible service. You can also get a room with a view of the fireworks from Epcot and even Magic Kingdom. Our room was really nice and clean. The beds were comfy, and the pillows weren't bad. Shout out to the cleaning crew for being so honest and not taking something valuable we left out! I saw most companies charging at least $50 one way. Lyft and Uber were charging $60+ one way. I went on trip advisor and someone suggested this company. So I booked it. Booking process: I went online. Filled out the form as to arrival time, airline used, flight number, cruise ship name, etc. They emailed me back giving me all the details as to where to find them upon arrival into MCO, with clear pictures, and was instructed to reply to the email to complete the reservation. Which I did and then got a reply that the booking was complete. Airport arrival: We did exactly what the instructions stated and found a very friendly lady with a clipboard at the designated pick up spot. She checked us in. We paid $40 each in cash for the 2 of us and got a receipt. You can use a credit card too. We loaded our luggage into the vehicle and it was a 45 min ride to the port. The shuttle: Cloth, cozy seats, air conditioned, clean, ample aisle space, but not much leg room. It had about 25-30 seats. Arrival at the port: Communication was nil upon arrival. Everyone just got off the shuttle and went to get their luggage. But most of us were standing around unsure what to do next. It was our first cruise, we had no idea that there are guys that come and tag your luggage with your name and cabin number and then deliver it to your cabin. We also didn't know we had to go to that same area to look for Cortrans to go back to MCO when we get back from our cruise. I just wish the driver or the greeter said something. Regardless, we figured it out and went on our way. Leaving the port: We found a friendly gentleman with a Cortrans clipboard at the same area we initially got dropped off at. We checked in with him with our last name. Loaded up our luggage and went on our way to MCO. Before leaving, the driver introduced himself to everyone, I believe his name was Ahmed, and told us where exactly he'll be dropping us all off, where to go when we arrive into the airport, and what to do when we get there. He had us wait in the shuttle while he unloaded everyone's luggage. I appreciated that. THANK YOU Ahmed! Overall, it was a pleasant and smooth experience. I would definitely use their transportation services again the next time I need to go to Port Canaveral.

The cars are clean the attendance at each of the stops are very professional and some of the most well mannered and best greeting attendance. I've seen anywhere in the park. I'm highly impressed and I really enjoyed this opportunity to get on the Skyliner. I will do it again soon!

I love that they are all always clean and I have never seen a dirty gondola while I'm here riding them. The gondolas do not have air-condition however due to the movement they always have air circulating through it because if the vented windows at the top. One of my favorite things is that they have a voice over that gives interesting little facts about the parks and different hotels you travel over. They do mix groups when they are on busier nights and days but sometimes it'll be just your party. One of my favorite stations also because it is very clean and ready to help you when you're ready to hop on and hop off!

We used the Disney Skyliner multiple times during our recent visit to Disney World. This included a…read moreride from EPCOT to Hollywood Studios. That ride took about 15-20 minutes total, including walking time at the stations. We boarded at EPCOT's International Gateway (the only place at EPCOT with a Skyliner station) and took it to Disney's Riviera Resort. That ride took about 10 minutes. We stayed in our gondola, rode it through the Riviera Resort station, and headed to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. The Caribbean Beach Resort station is the Skyliner's main hub. All three lines converge and any line-to-line transfer can happen at this station. We transferred at the Caribbean Beach Resort station to get to Hollywood Studios. We did not have to exit the station to switch lines. The ride from the Caribbean Beach Resort to Hollywood Studios took about 6-7 minutes. Luckily, there were no lines or wait times at the time of our visits to both the EPCOT International Gateway and Caribbean Beach Resort stations. Overall, the Skyliner system was convenient and in very good condition. The Skyliner opened at Disney World on September 29, 2019, so it's a relatively recent addition to the parks. The gondolas were modern and clean. All Skyliner staff that we interacted with were polite. The Disney Skyliner station at Hollywood Studios was unmemorable. I do think there can be better signage, maps, and communication at each of the Skyliner stations for clarity.
