The whole Disney bus experience is awful. It really puts a damper on the whole vacation.

It's great to go point to point with no worries about parking, etc. The buses are air-conditioned, the boats have air-conditioned areas on the inside and the monorails have air conditioning. Fun and cool ways to travel - the kids see them as a ride... And they are! And not to forget, there's also the skyliner which has been added to Disney in the last few years. It's not air conditioned, but it has slatted vents at the top of the car that offer good air movement as the car sails through the air.

I'm sure it can get crazy at peak times. Our experience with the Disney World bus system is that it's reliable. The Skyliner is not. Especially during high winds or lightning storms. Just make sure you check the board on the way to your bus stop. The resort and park stops are all numbered. It's very organized. The Coronado Springs bus takes you to 4 stops. The Gran Destino Tower is usually the last stop. It's as expected coming from that direction. It's a nice and cool bus ride, and totally beats trying to find a parking space. It's a great service!

If you have your Magic Band ready when you get off the plane, it's incredibly easy, and you just walk up and scan your Magic Band and they tell you what line to stand in. Line 10 is AKL for both villages and Coronado. A personal gripe of mine; I don't think Deluxe resorts should have to share busses. Before this trip, we'd always stayed at Polynesian and Grand Floridian. They are both Deluxe resorts, and they share with Contemporary, and all of those resorts are right next to each other, so it didn't really bother me. But this time we were at Animal Kingdom Lodge, and we stopped at Art of Animation and Pop Century before getting to AKL. I just think the Deluxe resorts are so much more expensive that they could get their own busses. In any case, I landed at the airport at 3:45, was on a bus by 4:15, and on resort at 5:07. I don't think it's worth the cost of an Uber to get there like a half hour faster, but that's up to you. One thing that's great about Disney is that you don't need to worry about transportation at all once you get there, and I really appreciate that. And if you check bags, you don't even need to get those, and they'll deliver them right to your room. I had a very early flight home though, and they picked me up excessively early. I got picked up at 5:30am for an 8:30am flight. I didn't have luggage, but if I did I could have checked it at the resort, so no one needs to be at the airport that early. I sat around for a good 2 hours before my flight. That might have been worth taking an Uber just so I could sleep another hour. It's still a great service though, and I plan to use it again next time. There's really no reason to spend extra on transportation when this is included with your stay.

It's great if you don't need to rent a car as you can use this bus service from and back to the airport. I highly recommend it. Then just use the free Disney transportation to get to parks and shopping. Never had a bad experience! Clean and comfortable buses, with professional courteous drivers. Charging ports on the bus along with TV's showcasing Disney info and trivia. They have this down to a science. Be sure to tag your bags correctly, and they will get them for you, and they magically show up at your hotel. The buses run on specific schedules and based on the time of your flight be prepared to leave a bit earlier to the airport. I read this service will end in 2022. Sad, as it's a terrific perk.

This hotel is perfect if you're going to Disney and don't want to stay at one of the resorts but want some resort perks. The perks I found convenient was the shuttle and being able to go to the parks before it officially opens. For the shuttle they give you a schedule for the parks so you know when you need to get there. And they have complimentary breakfast and have daily kickbacks from 5:30-7:30pm where you get 3 alcoholic beverages, or just unlimited sodas/juice, and random food items you can make a complete dinner out of. Housekeeping was always really nice, they came to our rooms daily and refreshed our towels and such. The pool was nice and clean as well. The employees there were very nice and helpful to direct us as it was our first time there. We did order pizzahut while there and food from the kitchen and bar. Both were pretty decent just the kitchen and bar food was expensive as expected. I will say although I did love the shuttles, I did not use it my second night. I think it's great for getting there and if you're doing half a day coming back in the afternoon is fine. But if you're coming home during closing it could be very hectic. At Disney there's a spot where you wait for your shuttle we and one other family were one of the first ones there and almost didn't get on the shuttle because they let all the ones who came after before us. And the other family was in a wheel chair so I felt they should've gotten on first. I did love that there was no resort fee however there was a parking fee. If you are military I would recommend asking if there's a discount as if you book online there is one. We didn't know that so they gave us a discount with parking. Our rooms were spacious for a family of 5 with two queens and a couch. We requested a playpen and it was brought to our room after check in. It had a sheet and came with a tiny blanket. The bathroom was decent. There were some spots where I felt it showed its age not a cleaning issue. All and all I would probably stay here again. It saved some money for our family as meals and with the shuttle parking for one of the days.

There are free shuttles to the parks and you also get early entry because they're affiliated with Disney. They offer all kinds of perks like free, hot breakfast buffet, kickback from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM which includes free meal and three alcoholic beverages per person. You can also get a room with a view of the fireworks from Epcot and even Magic Kingdom. Our room was really nice and clean. The beds were comfy, and the pillows weren't bad. Shout out to the cleaning crew for being so honest and not taking something valuable we left out! Also shout outs to front desk Christian and also the guy with the long luxurious hair (lol we can't remember name).

I saw most companies charging at least $50 one way. Lyft and Uber were charging $60+ one way. I went on trip advisor and someone suggested this company. So I booked it. Booking process: I went online. Filled out the form as to arrival time, airline used, flight number, cruise ship name, etc. They emailed me back giving me all the details as to where to find them upon arrival into MCO, with clear pictures, and was instructed to reply to the email to complete the reservation. Which I did and then got a reply that the booking was complete. Airport arrival: We did exactly what the instructions stated and found a very friendly lady with a clipboard at the designated pick up spot. She checked us in. We paid $40 each in cash for the 2 of us and got a receipt. You can use a credit card too. We loaded our luggage into the vehicle and it was a 45 min ride to the port. The shuttle: Cloth, cozy seats, air conditioned, clean, ample aisle space, but not much leg room. It had about 25-30 seats. Arrival at the port: Communication was nil upon arrival. Everyone just got off the shuttle and went to get their luggage. But most of us were standing around unsure what to do next. It was our first cruise, we had no idea that there are guys that come and tag your luggage with your name and cabin number and then deliver it to your cabin. We also didn't know we had to go to that same area to look for Cortrans to go back to MCO when we get back from our cruise. I just wish the driver or the greeter said something. Regardless, we figured it out and went on our way. Leaving the port: We found a friendly gentleman with a Cortrans clipboard at the same area we initially got dropped off at. We checked in with him with our last name. Loaded up our luggage and went on our way to MCO. Before leaving, the driver introduced himself to everyone, I believe his name was Ahmed, and told us where exactly he'll be dropping us all off, where to go when we arrive into the airport, and what to do when we get there. He had us wait in the shuttle while he unloaded everyone's luggage. I appreciated that. THANK YOU Ahmed! Overall, it was a pleasant and smooth experience. I would definitely use their transportation services again the next time I need to go to Port Canaveral.

That ride took about 15-20 minutes total, including walking time at the stations. We boarded at EPCOT's International Gateway (the only place at EPCOT with a Skyliner station) and took it to Disney's Riviera Resort. That ride took about 10 minutes. We stayed in our gondola, rode it through the Riviera Resort station, and headed to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. The Caribbean Beach Resort station is the Skyliner's main hub. All three lines converge and any line-to-line transfer can happen at this station. We transferred at the Caribbean Beach Resort station to get to Hollywood Studios. We did not have to exit the station to switch lines. The ride from the Caribbean Beach Resort to Hollywood Studios took about 6-7 minutes. Luckily, there were no lines or wait times at the time of our visits to both the EPCOT International Gateway and Caribbean Beach Resort stations. Overall, the Skyliner system was convenient and in very good condition. The Skyliner opened at Disney World on September 29, 2019, so it's a relatively recent addition to the parks. The gondolas were modern and clean. All Skyliner staff that we interacted with were polite. The Disney Skyliner station at Hollywood Studios was unmemorable. I do think there can be better signage, maps, and communication at each of the Skyliner stations for clarity.
