No where on their site does it say my delivery address will require an extra fee. They close at 1:00pm on Wednesdays so by the time I called them on my lunch break they were closed. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?! I am in unbelievable disbelief!!! When I called them the next day they showed no sympathy and only cared about their $10 extra delivery fee! I ordered a $76 bouqet of sunflowers, as they're my wife's favorite flower, and she deserved them after all these years without. What we got was no better than what could be found for $5 at the nearest gas station. There wasn't a single sunflower, and the flowers that were there were wilting and pititful. To add to it, Ava's flowers did no better; when we called to request a refund we were hung up on twice, they refused to connect us with a manager, and were spoken to rudely by the support staff as if the problem was something that we did. They even had the audacity to make my wife count the individual stems after telling them we didn't receive what we ordered. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL.
