No where on their site does it say my delivery address will require an extra fee. They close at 1:00pm on Wednesdays so by the time I called them on my lunch break they were closed. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?! I am in unbelievable disbelief!!! When I called them the next day they showed no sympathy and only cared about their $10 extra delivery fee! This is what greed in America looks like.

Instead of laughing them out of the shop they immediately got to work to help figure out what they wanted and had 6 arrangements ready for 4p pick up. They were absolutely breathtaking and matched the wedding flowers so closely that they were reused on wedding day in addition to the wedding flowers. I recommended this shop to my parents based on the Yelp reviews and I can see why they are so highly rated. Several of the brides local family asked where the flowers came from and intend to use them in the future. Thank you for saving the day!!

What we got was no better than what could be found for $5 at the nearest gas station. There wasn't a single sunflower, and the flowers that were there were wilting and pititful. To add to it, Ava's flowers did no better; when we called to request a refund we were hung up on twice, they refused to connect us with a manager, and were spoken to rudely by the support staff as if the problem was something that we did. They even had the audacity to make my wife count the individual stems after telling them we didn't receive what we ordered. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL.
