No explanation and no return call, text or email about my complaint. Last time I do business with this florist. Poor customer service

I do not recommend Rock Hill Flower Market Shoppe. My aunt of Rock Hill passed away and I live out…read moreof state. The funeral home told me they usually work with Cindy's Flower Shop. On June 5, 2026, Cindy's was sold out of flowers for the weekend so I called The Rock Hill Flower Market Shop and spoke with Adriana who was pleasant. We agreed on a purple stock/White Rose arrangement with ribbon similar to Teleflora's $75 Enchanted Cottage Premium. Adriana's price for a similar arrangement was $100 + tax and delivery fee. The next day Adriana texted me one photo of the arrangement she took to the funeral home for the Sunday funeral. It was mixed colors and had no stocks in it and just a few roses. It did not look similar to Teleflora's Enchanted Cottage. I was disappointed and over the next week I called about 3 times and texted 2 times but received no reply nor would she answer my phone calls. She has Google voice so one had to announce yourself when you call. When I texted I asked for half of my money back because it was small and not the purple and white one-sided arrangement I bought for my aunt's funeral. My aunt loved purple and had a February amethyst birthday so that's why I selected a funeral arrangement similar to Enchanted Cottage.

They have beautiful patterns and lots of things that are so cute you can't help splurging. Some things are so unusual you never knew you needed them. Lol. We like their discount days and go for the deals. The staff is very organized and they carefully wrap each purchase for you so that it makes it home without breaking. They even have ornaments for your tree. Over the years, I have bought soup bowls, a soup tureen, wine, water, juice, and champagne glasses, ornaments, vases, cheese plate, butter dish, loaf pan, ginger jars, and other items. Usually they have special patterns for Halloween, Christmas, and Easter. Good place to find unusual gifts.

But I'm really struggling with how poorly my day of coordination was executed. Guests continue to comment on how bad it was weeks after. Not a single thing went right during the ceremony after 2 years of planning. The team was not prepared and I ended up having to direct our guests and fix things. Spent cocktail hour crying instead of taking photos with my husband. When we exchanged feedback, Instead of taking accountability, I was blamed for not filling out a single form despite being "the most organized bride to work with". Heather may have the experience but her team fell short. I don't look back on my wedding day with fond memories. It keeps me up at night!

Perfect for a wedding or any other event…read more We were here for a wedding, and it was a great time. Its far enough away from the city that you feel like you are out in the country, if not the middle of the woods. The property is fairly large and there was lots of space to move around. There were several buildings on the property. 1 was the bathrooms and dressing rooms. The main building seems to be big enough for about 100 people, it had several decks out front which allow for food tables, as well as a bar area and space for dancing etc. The lower level had several fire pits, and the area to the back had long benches that were setup like that of an old church ( a left side and a right side with an aisle down the middle). This was a nice event space and if you are looking for somewhere to host that next party this could be perfect.

Beautiful venue for a small outdoor wedding!…read more The barn held 14 tables of up to 7 guests, plus the wedding party, so I would guess about 100 total. The outdoor ceremony area had wooden benches, like bleachers with no backs. I noticed they brought chairs out for the grandparents of the bride. There is a large deck perfect for cocktail hour and dancing. They had large heat lamps to keep us warm out there as it turned out to be a brisk November day. There were also a couple of fire pits going. Beautiful woodsy surroundings far enough out of the city to be secluded. Nice place for an event.
