Pros: We chose Natasha for a small family party to celebrate our wedding this spring. We went with…read moreher mainly because she was the first/only chef to begin our conversation by asking us what WE had in mind and letting that be the foundation for building the menu. She seemed eager to help us realize our vision rather than impose someone else's onto us. There are also four other people on the IBN team: the sous chef, whose name I forget; the bartender, for whom the same is true (maybe Aaron or Erin), and two servers: Mason and Spencer. These folks did an AMAZING job and we were both so grateful for their kindness and professionalism on the day of the event. Finally, I liked what I ate! I was happy with my day-of meal. Cons: Natasha was incredibly rude to both me and my husband in the weeks leading up to the post-wedding party. I had only spoken to her twice before the party: once when I hired her and again in February. She'd said in February that we could have a third and final call two weeks before the event. When I emailed her three weeks before the event to schedule this final call, she sounded irritated and said we'd spoken "a few days ago" (we had not; I even asked some relatives in case someone else had, but no) and she wanted to "stick to the plan" of having a call at a date a time to which we had not agreed--- only *five* days before the party. My husband reminded her that she'd said we could talk two weeks before and she eventually, reluctantly scheduled a call with us. When we call at the date and time she told us to, she does not pick up; instead, she texts us that she's in the middle of an event. All of these things are perfectly normal, human mistakes. We all get clients confused and talk to one as though they are another (like the "a few days ago" thing). We all overbook ourselves every once in a while and are unavailable after telling someone we would be. A professional would have simply apologized; instead, after I used *one sentence* of an email to express my disappointment about the missed call--- because my husband had taken off work to be available for it, so lost money for no reason--she used this as an excuse to threaten not to show up. Said she needed us to "confirm" in light of my "tone." In light of this, I decided not to speak to this person anymore unless absolutely necessary (i.e. at the party, for the sake of our guests). My husband took over talking to her, at which point we had a fun little role-reversal in which he was now the one reporting to me on a regular basis how rude Natasha was being to him. So at least I know it wasn't personal! Conclusion: If you just need to place a big food order and don't need to talk to the chef again after that, you can go with IBN and you'll probably be fine. If, however, you are planning an event of great importance to you--or just don't want to risk being treated like a burden for wanting to speak more than once with someone you're employing-- maybe look elsewhere.

I found this little shop because I was looking for cheap invitations that are a Valentines Day…read moretheme for my daughters 1st birthday. I found the perfect invitations however, the envelopes were cheap and/or old. The glue was non existent so I couldn't seal the envelopes. I had to buy stickers to keep the envelops shut. :-/ One positive note: the owner Jackie is really nice and helpful. If I lived closer I would have gone back with the envelopes and asked for new ones. Since I'm in a pinch to get these invitations out, I did not go back. I would use this store for personalized invitations in the future. (I don't suggest buying the generic one here)

I cannot recommend Lambs Hill or my stylist Alessia enough!!…read more Everyone I know has gotten their dress at Lambs Hill, and upon first glance you think you're walking into a high end boutique and going to end up spending a pretty penny. That could not be the opposite! Their gowns are so moderately priced with majority of them being under $2300. I went in thinking I wanted a ballgown and went the entire opposite direction. Alessia pulled every single dress I asked to see, she helped me try on and take off the same dresses multiple times. In the end she ended up custom making me a gown from items all around the shop. I found my dress at my first apt but left without it because I was too nervous to say yes at my very first apt. I went back about a month later tried on even more dresses & Alessia convinced me to try on my dress one more time and I knew it was mine when I looked at it on the hanger. We learned that the owner's name is Charlotte and she painted all of the artwork in the shop. But what they didn't know is that my late grandma's name was Charlotte & I have been having a very difficult time without her being here, walking into my changing area and seeing her name on the art work on the wall I knew was a sign that not only was she there with us but that I'd be leaving Lambs Hill with my perfect dream dress. The entire staff is amazing, made me feel like a princess and I absolutely cannot wait to see my dress come to life! If you were second guessing going to Lambs Hill this is your sign to RUN to make an apt!!!

Truly an angel of a human she was amazing to work with start to finish. From the first phone consultation we had I knew I could trust her with my vision. She was so receptive, such a good listener, understood my vision, and was flexible in working within my budget, making tweaks to the proposal multiple times, and super easy to communicate with. I never felt worried or concerned leaving everything in her hands. Her work speaks for itself and I fully let her use her judgment in choosing the florals to execute my vision. The venue we got married at, Kirby Hill Farm, was stunning but Ali's work really highlighted the beauty of the farm and added the extra pop I was looking for. The floral arch she designed for me was out of the world beautiful, hands down one of my favorite parts of the day. Her creative vision is unmatched and she went above and beyond to make my vision a reality on the budget that I gave her. I also have to shout her out for her professionalism, her hard work setting up the space inside first (because we thought we'd have a rained out wedding) and then moving to set up outside when the sun finally appeared! She truly does it all. Hiring her was one of the best decisions I made during the planning process. A dream vendor, a wonderful human, and a talented florist. Five stars aren't enough. Thank you for absolutely everything Ali, you made my wedding everything and more!
