This is the unprofessionalism that we had to deal with. The reason we called you 4 hours later is because the party wasn't even over when you left, and I didn't want to make my guests feel more uncomfortable than they already were. There is no reasoning with you, and we never received an apology, only excuses here on Yelp. Another thing, about a small turnout, my son turned 1! Like I said, keep the money, that's not the issue. She responded to my review too pretty much calling me a liar . I can post my screenshots here .. we both know who's the liar . Also not sure how your medical issues are relevant considering you still went to other bookings the day of my daughter's party . If the injury is holding you back why did you attend other bookings that same day & all weekend long ? & yes your bank is in the process of giving me back my money thanks to myself .
