She gave me a tablet to fill out documents and flatly stated well your appointment was at 10 and this will take you 10 mins to complete. I quickly completed it in 5 mins. She then asked for a credit card to be on file and I said no I am not comfortable with them storing my credit card. She rudely mentioned collection and I said I pay as I go no collection needed. I also told her how rude she was being. That got the office manager involved which was no help. The doc came out and was no help and then refused to see me. RIDICULOUS! The childless cat lady behind the desk is ruining that business. GO ELSEWHERE! Update - I went to Rochester Dermatology, received pleasant professional service, my insurance card was all they needed, no credit card on file needed! Based on other reviews it looks like many have had similar issues with this doctor and his rude staff.

I returned 3 more times, saw 4 different people, a different one for each visit, got the wrong diagnosis, no proper follow up, and no biopsy was taken until I asked for one on the third visit. They only prescribed my steroid pills and cream, and no proper research was done. Finally, they said it was an allergy, at which point I went to the head of the Allergy department at Henry Ford Hospital. He said it was not an allergy at all, and I needed to see a good Dermatologist. I went to the Dermatology department at Henry Ford Hospital; they took a new biopsy and diagnosed me with Grover's disease in less than two weeks. They told me to stop taking all the steroid cream and prescribed a 3-step plan for my disease. I will NEVER return to Eastside again, and I recommend no one else goes to them either. Also, the visits were extremely short and yet they charged for each one. I wrote them a letter and refused to pay for unprofessional service and inaccurate information.

From plantar warts when I did swim team, to a staph infection that I caught from a customer at the pharmacy I work at, to some scary bumps I got from the tanning bed, Dr. Lipinski has been non-judgmental, funny, informative, and amazing at solutions to the problems I have had. I definitely would recommend coming here. She knows exactly what she is doing and I trust her with anything skincare related. The office itself is located right in my city and the office is very nice and usually the wait time isn't too long.

His staff is very friendly and nice. They actually talk to you and smile. I wish every doctor office was like this one. Hopefully I can find another reason to visit again.
