Secondly who do I see. and how many second opinions will I require,before committing. And lastly are they practicing ethically. I chose Dr. Arthur Greyf DDS FICOI To perform my implants surgery based on two You Tube channels. Which are the following. Dr. Daniel Choi, North Texas Surgery and Bespoke Smile Dr. Sam Jethwa. London England. These are the most important factors I found in my research. Run if your provider will give you your Permanent Arch the same day or 24 hours later. Implant integration is vital to your success, Which means you'll need at least 6 months to heal for your upper, and 4 for your lower for proper implant integration. After each implant is placed an x-ay is performed which you yourself can see how well the Implant has been seated Many providers do the all in four. Dr. Greyf is not going to short change you. If you need 5 or more, you will receive it. Every case is unique. Perfection is the name of the game. Remember Your gums are also going to recede. Lastly the number of teeth. Which will allow you to experience a fulll smile if your one of those who your molar's or pre molar's are visible Your covered. This procedure is truly knarly and Intense. Fast and furious.... lol The Surgical team is comprised of two teams. Two stages Extraction, Bone shaping Bone grafting an Implant placement. Second. Prosthetic placement, seating shading Bite analysis and fitment and alignment. Lead by Dr. Greyf and Dr. Barry Reich, DDS And Farkhood is there Master Dental Craftsman. During my Surgery you are always asked how is your sedation? Do you require more. If yes Immediately provided. Pain management is followed. So, How Am I feeling post op. Excellent no pain. Which I honestly thought I was going to have. Im Just using Tylenol and gel Ibuprofen that's it. The office work flow runs like clock work, once your seated. All the ladies in the office compliment and express confidence. I feel I have left some useful information here Located in Millburn NJ. Remember the saying you get what you pay for. And Rome was not built in a Day. At Dr. Greyf office it's expertise,High dollar Value Positive working environment. My whole life I suffered with bad teeth for many reasons, some of which were medical. I've been to dentists who were cold and intimidating , and did not make the process any easier so then I wouldn't go back and the problems would of course worsen. That all changed when I met Dr. Arthur Isakov at Dental Concepts in Glen Cove. I was very nervous and apprehensive, but I walked into a very sterile and clean environment with very high tech equipment. As soon as I met Dr. Isakov I knew I liked him. He has such a warm and funny personality. He is very friendly and approachable. I came to him in a very serious condition where I needed to have all my teeth removed and replaced with either dentures or implants. I've never been more afraid of having to do something like I was with this. But Dr. Isakov and his assistant Luz were both so gentle and caring. The two of them together were so calming and reassuring. Every few minutes he would stop and ask if I was okay. He pulled them all out so quickly! I hardly had time to realize that it was done. I became very emotional afterwards because it was a scary and overwhelming experience for me, but they both hugged me and reassured me that I was okay. Dr. Isakov made sure I understood the post op instructions . That night he actually called me to check on me. He said I can call his cell phone at any time if I had any questions or concerns. He then called me several times over the next few days to make sure I was okay. I have never had a dentist care so much and take time out of their very busy days to check on me. And it's not like he calls to check on me because he feels obligated. You can tell how genuine and sincere he is. He truly cares about his patients. I have my son going to him now and I've told all of Glen Cove about my experience. For me it was so much more than just finding an incredible dentist who is above par, but finding someone who is also a great person. And Dr. Isakov is exactly that. He is an exceptionally experienced and talented dentist, but he is also an amazingly kind and compassionate person. I know this is a long review and I hope whoever needed to hear this has read it. I absolutely recommend Dr Isakov over any other dentist there is. Go see him and speak to him and you will feel the exact same way as I do. It will be the best decision you make. I know it was for me. :)

While the staff are very nice, dr isakov is a whole other story…read more I went to him because a filling had come out recently. He sees the tooth and says he has to have xray done. So after the xray is done and NOT BEFORE, he tells me he doesnt replace fillings because in time, his will come out as well and henceforth has to do a crown !!!! He also tells me that if the filling comes out, there had to be decay though there was no evidence of such, and henceforth he has to give an injection and remove more of my tooth. So i then say to him, if there was decay that the prevoius dentist didnt remove and now you are, why dont you remove the decay and do the filling ? Because my fillings dont hold up. Why is that ? decay. But you remove the decay.... AND THIS WENT AROUND IN A LUDICROUS CIRCLE. Then, he tells me that another tooth has to be pullled because it is infected when meanwhile i feel no discomfort and nothing is swollen. And for a cavity that doesnt even bother me, which means nothing has progressed to the nerve or root, this tooth has to be pulled out as well.... and he didnt even discuss the other xrays... This doctor in my opinion is a disgrace and should be avoided.

When I first walked in, the receptionist was extremely nonchalant and unfriendly, so I already had a bad vibe. After being invited to sit down after 20 minutes, Dr. Farber invited me in. Though it was my first time meeting her, she didn't introduce herself formally to me, nor did she ask me how I was doing or make any attempt to get to know me as a person rather than just someone she needed to do dental services on. This entire appointment felt like a business transaction rather than a dentist-getting-to-know-her-patient type meeting that I was used to growing up. The worst part about this appointment was that before I even opened my mouth for it to be examined, she explicitly said that she needed to take x-rays. I said I did not want to because I had just had them 6 months ago with my previous dentist, and I thought it was unnecessary. She responded, if I don't have x-rays, I won't know the condition of your teeth, so I cannot do your cleaning. I found this completely ludicrous - how can she not clean my teeth without x-rays? If she wants to know what my teeth look like, can't I just open my mouth for her to see?!), but because I had already scheduled this appointment and taken the time to come here (and was on new insurance, so I wouldn't get charged), I figured I'd do the bare minimum of four x-rays so that she could get what she wanted (and if you know the way the healthcare system in the U.S. works, you know that she is profiting off of those four tiny x-rays she did). So she took the x-rays, did my cleaning (which was actually a pretty thorough job), and then as I walked out, she said, "see you in six months!" I'm definitely not going to see her in six months, or ever again after this experience. She was not friendly, had no desire to get to know me at all, and forced me to take x-rays for the sake of taking x-rays. **And to make matters worse, I made this appointment via ZocDoc and posted a negative review there. Her office immediately saw the review, called ZocDoc, and asked them to remove my review from the ZocDoc site, stating that it was "inaccurate." I'm not sure about you, but I would say that this is a violation of freedom of speech, as any doctor/dentist could say that any negative review posted about them was "inaccurate" and then have that review taken down. This immediately becomes a problem of "he said vs. she said," and by removing my review of the dentist from their site, they are indirectly siding with the doctor. UPDATE: I just received the Explanation of Benefits from my insurance this week for this dental visit. Apparently, Dr. Farber's office wanted to charge my insurance $165 for a "dental exam," $195 for the x-rays she bullied me into taking, and $250 for the cleaning. Charging my insurance $165 when she barely looked at my tonsils and spent less than 10 seconds "examining" my mouth is a real insult. UPDATE 2: RE Response Below: Your patronizing words say more than I ever could. P.S. - It is great that Yelp doesn't let you call in to take down the reviews you don't like as you did elsewhere.
