Had a blast here for one of my friend's birthday! This lounge sits in a Winn Dixie plaza so it's plenty of free parking. Thursdays is ladies night so women are free before 11 and well drinks are free before 11 also. It's highly recommended to reserve a section or table otherwise you will be standing the entire time. Also you have the option of getting bottle service. A neat thing is the DJ's are swapped out throughout the night so you get a taste of every genre. The aesthetic definitely gives island vibes there are trees plants birds butterflies everywhere - so pretty! The menu is pretty diverse, probably the most diverse I've seen at a lounge in this area. Was looking for a spot to hang out and found Bali Lounge on Instagram. The decor is cool but dark. We arrived at 7:15 pm ( doors open at 7pm). There were no other patrons so we were able sit anywhere that we wanted. The food is appetizers ( ordered wings, mozzarella sticks, and spring rolls). We had to send the food back because it was not hot ( and remember we were the only people there). The food came back hot! On Tuesday they have buy 1 get 1 margaritas. Everything you need to know: I used to come often because it's nearby (weekdays only when it's empty and more chill) I absolutely love the decor--it's like stepping into a luxurious jungle in Bali. The food and hookah quality are amazing, no doubt. However, the customer service could use a lot of work. They can be pushy with upselling and, at times, downright rude. There was even an incident where coals were dropped near me, and when I asked for a drink to make up for it, they said no. On busy days, the crowd can feel pretty uncomfortable, and aggressive. The servers brushed by me with those hot coals so fast and so many times I thought they were going to burn my leg. So I'll assume their hookah is great. If you are looking for a lounge vibe with your friends and do not really care to see who is in the crowd or mix and mingle with new people this would be the place. The vibe at Bali blew me away! Once you are in there, you forget that you're in an unassuming shopping center in Hollywood. I went on a Tuesday night and it was not full, but there were some people. The 2 servers who helped us were full of information about the hookahs. They offer many different types of bases and flavors, the combinations are endless. The decorations are very nice and include leather couches, tables and chairs, dim lighting. It's like an enchanted forest with some plants and greenery. I went on October and their Halloween decorations were super cute. Even a skeleton smoking hookah at the entrance! Perfect place for a low key date night. Not many food options, my friend had edamame and enjoyed it. We also shared a pitcher of strawberry mojito that was tasty and served in a beautiful carafe and wine glasses... we fancy, huh? It was full of fresh strawberries which definitely added to the overall flavor. Our hookah was a 3 flavor mix and was very smooth. They changed the coals regularly and had the plastic tips available at the table. I will definitely visit Bali again! My only gripes about Bali are that the prices seem a little high and wish there were more snack food options. Also, they add gratuity even though we were only a part of 2 on a weeknight. My friends and I decided to try Bali Lounge after seeing someone recommend them on TikTok. When we arrived, we were enamored by the decor of this establishment. It gave us a tropical mystical forest vibe. They had comfy leather sofas and nice patio seating for anybody who wanted either inside or outside seating. As we walked in we were promptly greeted by our waiter, who was very friendly with us and explained the menu options. We wish that the menu offered more food items (like more of a selection of appetizers), and a larger drink selection (they only offered beer, wine, etc; no hard liquor). We ordered the skittles flavored hookah, with two Mojito's. The hookah and drinks came out quick. The skittles flavor hookah was very nice; it had a smooth taste. We appreciated how the establishment have workers who come around to make sure your coals in the hookah were hot throughout the night. The atmosphere was great, the music went perfect with the vibe in the lounge, their mojitos are amazing (must try) and their hookah and service was very good .. One of the best quality hookahs.. they renovated this place and it looks absolutely stunning, Chic, relaxing, Fantastic choice of music, incredible hookah selection. They have lots of mixes for the hookah that's just perfect . Great place to come with some friends after work.. Again, the place is cozy and the hookah is really good. My friends and I visited Bali Lounge for their Twist Thursday. We are all from out of town and saw a lot of good reviews online. The truth is this place is not as great as they make it seem. For starters they have a promotion where you get a free shot for writing a good review, which leads to the score they have online. Upon arriving to the venue we bought a section and ordered bottles/hookah. On Thursdays they have a Ladies free drinks before 11 promo which prompts a lot of women to visit the venue. However the bartenders that serviced us that night were extremely rude and seemed like they couldn't care less about guest experience, 15 minutes plus waits for mixed drinks. They were out of a plethora of things from something as simple as pineapple juice to entire meals. We had to continuously flag someone down to get services rendered IN A SECTION. Furthermore the music just was not it. For a ladies night a lot of the music in our opinion was geared towards men. Bathrooms are not maintained, and to only have one stall per gender the least you can do is ensure the bathrooms are clean. All and all if you choose to visit. Visit at your own risk. BEST hookah ever!! I'm not kidding! It was so smooth; I've never smoked a hookah this good at a lounge before. They have a ton of different flavors, head options and bases (alcohol drinks, Red Bull, water, etc.) to choose from. The hookahs are well maintained, which explains how good they hit. The environment is perfect! Super chill, comfy couches, loud enough where you can hear the music; but, also carry on a conversation. We tried the spritz and a sangria. I don't recommend either as the spritz taste like all syrup and we couldn't even finish it , and the sangria tasted like moscato with gross fruit. We also ordered chips, spring rolls, and waffle fries. The chips took 15 minutes to come out and the spring rolls came out 10 minutes later. We were here for about an hour before the waffle fries arrived. All of which was ordered at the same time. While waiting for our food, all employees left the place and came back with a bag of food. The vibe was decent with cute decor and couches, but the music wasn't great. Maybe it's a local spot but I don't recommend this place to anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale. read more
