The manufacturer backs up the warranty as we found out. One of the screens had a fault, so Dusty of Mid-del contacted the company. In a few days, a company rep showed up at our house and installed a replacement screen. I can't say enough about Mid-del. They were fast. They cleaned up after each window. They took down all the curtains and blinds and put them back up. They even fixed one of my curtain rods. I hoped that they wouldn't mess up all my plants under my windows too bad. I was surprised to find that not one plant had been stepped on. All this quality and service for just a little more than my neighbor paid for the cheapest windows at Lowe's.

I subsequently wrote him a check for $5,100 (half down) to move forward with the install. After months of excuses blaming the window company for delays, I finally called the window company directly only to find out that the window order was never placed. After that discovery, I asked him for an explanation and he ghosted me shortly thereafter in late 2023. After filing a complaint with the BBB in Oklahoma, he responded to the complaint by claiming that he cashed my check shortly after and lost the money and would be willing to pay me back in small installments. He continued to ignore my multiple attempts to contact him about repaying me. Shortly after my BBB Complaint, his new company - Stone's Window Works, LLC was created and that is what he is now operating under. I have now gone to small claims court in Cleveland County two times. The first time he actually showed up, and we mediated an agreement for him to pay me back, and he made one payment and ghosted me again. I went back to court a second time, and he didn't show up, and I now have a judgment against him for the remaining amount plus court costs. The purpose of my review is to stop this from happening to other people and to warn other people of his unethical business practices.

The keyed-lock flip handle is so much easier to operate than the lock on our previous patio door. We had to replace the rollers on our previous other-brand door several times over 30 years. Having the Thermal Windows Inc lifetime limited warranty which will cover the rollers being replaced, if necessary, is a real comfort as husband is no longer able to make those kinds of repairs. It took nearly 3 months to get the custom-made door built and installed. The door screen was delivered ripped and a tiny part, the Charlie saddle was broken which took another month to replace. It has now been over a month since installation was final and the door operates very smoothly and all components appear top quality. We are happy with door and service. Long term satisfaction is what is important to us.

I reached out to Triple Diamond Construction on October 24, to request assistance with filing a claim and getting my storm damage repaired. Michael Brittain and Cory Wiley were essential in taking care of getting all of the damage from the storm repaired. I had extensive damage to window screens, gutters/leaf guards, shutters, garage door, fence, out building, the air conditioner, and of course the roof of which everything needed to be repaired. While Michael and Cory were the two people who showed up to take control of the job there were many more amazing workers who took care of doing the work.
