Their process for these framed signs was flawed. They printed out the creative on a thin piece of paper, then glued it to a piece of cardboard and framed it. About half of the signage we have now (literally hundreds of pieces), has bubbles and is completely ruined. When I brought it up to our rep who is no longer with the company, he was not helpful whatsoever in working together to fix this issue for future framed pictures. So, we found a printer who would do it cheaper and do a better job. The relationship with CCWest did not end on bad terms, or so I thought. We took that piece of the business away, yes, but we have hundreds of print projects a year that we do. I didn't realize they would take it so personally, especially when it was their own fault. Recently, we had to contact them to order hanging hardware for some wall signage. They were rude, hard to work with, and when I called the contact who we used to work with, the man in charge of the company, he didn't answer and still hasn't called me back. We were considering sending new business their way and including them on the bidding process for future print orders, but definitely not now. They burned a very large bridge, and it's just bad business. So, all in all, I recommend going with 360 Press Solutions over CCWest. They are nicer, less expensive AND higher quality.

I hired this company to do a move-in clean on a new build house. Now the builder had just had the…read morehouse professionally cleaned so it was already it good shape, but since I have dust allergy I just wanted a bit more. Now to their credit, they did fit me into their schedule in just a days notice. I met them at the house, paid & provided all my own cleaning supplies. When I went back to check, as I took my shoes off at the door I noticed dust & grit on the soles of my feet. Next I find, crumbs & dirt on the countertops, shelves not wipes & gritty dust on all the wood floors & a food wrapper left behind. (Since I had not moved in yet there was no food in the house). I grabbed my bona mop ( it & the 2nd cover I left had not even been used), the cleaners & rags I left were all unused. I cleaned 2 rooms with the first cover, then 2 with the 2nd. They were so filthy (nearly black) that I had to wash them & start again. Till I finished I had coated both mop covers 3 times each. Art had called on his way to see if the AC was on yet. I suspect that they sat around in the AC to chat or whatever & eat. Whatever they did it was certainly not cleaning. I asked for a refund & was refused. There was no offer to re-clean. I do not recommend this company.

We were ultimately quite happy with what they built (our channel letter sign seems quite a bit brighter than our neighbors) though they had some challenges figuring out how to get the electricity into the building (our GC ultimately figured that part out). We weren't quite happy with the first iteration of the drop-down unlit sign - and when we expressed our concerns, they acknowledged the issue and fixed the alignment of the letters, increased their thickness and touched up the backing. Overall, we would recommend.

Sure, fine, things can happen. Two hours and 15 minutes later-they are a no show. No response to messages or calls. Rearranged our whole day to be available on a weekday afternoon, only to have them waste our time and put us in a bind for scheduling with another service.
