The manager is rude and extremely unprofessional. She never charges me the correct amount that I say when I pay for gas. Every time, she makes me pay twice just to get the correct amount. This has happened three times, and when I told her about the mistake, she screamed at me and told me not to come back. I definitely won't be listening to her. Gas buyers beware! Thought it was just me when this happened... If you are using Ralphs rewards, you MUST go inside. (Bizarre) Then you have to prepay inside if you are using a credit card with the Ralphs rewards. Other stations I use do NOT require this! Everything is done at the pump. The cashier then told me I had no points! I had hundreds of points and knew exactly how many. I refused to leave the cashier line even though she insisted three more times there were no points. I just stood there and said "You are wrong!" Magically she suddenly "found" them when she saw I wouldn't move. Several weeks later many people on Nextdoor.com issued warnings about this station with the very same experience! They were told they had no Rewards points. Unfortunately they didn't get the points back like I did. They lost them all! read more

Best gas, price and clean station. From out of town but glad I looked it up on my gas buddy app. Prices around here vary by as much as .50 cents! Didn't need anything from inside but maybe next time if in the area. I'm usually on the 5 freeway and always fill up at another Shell. This gas station seriously has an issue with people paying cash. This used to be the best gas station. I used to always come in with a 50 or $100 bill and spend $30-$80 in gas each time. I don't know if they have a new owner in the last few months, but now every worker gives me a massive attitude just because I'm paying with a larger bill and they never have change. Jeez louise, every time. Aint coming back to what used to be the spot for me. This is a gas station. People come in to spend large amounts at once on gas. This location is usually at least 2 cents more expensive than the Mobil across the street. But at these outrageous prices these days, what's $0.30 more for 15 gallons, especially if you're impatient like me. Oh and if you have your Ralph's market rewards, you earn/save $0.10 per gallon (for every $100 you spend at Ralph's). read more

Hell, never reviewed a gas station but there is a first time for everything. First of all, I like Shell gas. I feel it does better than most other brands. If you do not care about that move on to next paragraph or go to Arco. Your car hates you for that. Promise, she told me. $$$$. Oh now I have your attention. It's honestly the cheapest gas stations in the area for quality fuel. They don't hit you with the Debit/Cash/Credit price difference. Hate when that happens. Its your typical gas station. It's close to home, and is usually cheaper then the gas stations around the 118 fwy. So when I'm not in a hurry I will drive to this one instead. It's usually clean. Although I love Shell.. this review is NOT about this location. It's regarding the Shell Fuel Rewards Member program. They offer rewards, but do not follow through and give you the rewards. After only receiving 1 out of 3 rewards, yet I earned all 3, I've deleted my FR app and will no longer do business with Shell because they failed to provide me the 30 cent off gal of gas up to 20 gal and another time 25 cent off gal gas up to 20 gal. Any one can get more then 3 cents or 5 cents off gas just buying groceries. Or Costco gas is even cheaper. Shell FR Fuel rewards program is worthless!! They do not give you the rewards you earn. You can email customer service then they want you to basically prove you got the email showing that promo?? Like who keeps all the emails, and the email doesn't say keep this for proof!! How would i know about the promo unless they email it to you! They know it's their promo, pay up or continue losing good customers. They're bbb is rated F for the same continued issues i had. I never thought I would have to write about my experience at a gas station and yet I've just encountered one of the rudest "managers" I've ever met in my life. I went in to pump gas just like any other day and after using .40 (which takes $400 spent at my grocery store) in rewards and trying to pump gas unsuccessfully, I went inside the store to resolve the issue. I went in calm and stated exactly what happened and was met with such hostility, I was left completely bewildered. The cashier put her hand in my face and said, "well you'll have to come back tomorrow because I've already reimbursed 4 people." I was dumbfounded as to why the cashier responded the way she did and proceeded to walk to my car. I didn't feel right about the experience and went back to ask for the manager. Upon inquiring, the cashier (Michelle) responded, "I am the manager" without even looking up at me. I asked her why she was being so rude to me when I've done nothing to offend her to which she responded, "I'm not rude, I'm tired." Not once did she try to apologize or fix the situation but instead made me feel like I was bothering her, which makes me wonder: if you obviously don't need this job or have such disdain for customers, why don't you do us all a favor and quit? Extremely rude staff. "Oscar" wouldn't provide me with the CA required free air after a fuel purchase. He didn't believe that I made a purchase. They always have someone on site. I love shell and chevron gas and you can't go wrong when you get it at a competitive price compared to most other gas stations. Place is usually pretty busy and great customer service from the workers inside. read more

For the early riser, arriving at the station before 6:00 AM, the doors will be locked with only the window to go up to. It wasn't always like this, I have now taken my business elsewhere. There is nothing "convenient" about a closed convenience store. People need coffee and stuff like that in the morning. read more
