Helped me feel so confident I was doing the right thing for my child! Originally she helped sleep train my daughter overnight and with 3 naps - she only contact napped before! With her skills and post plan my daughter successfully transitioned to one nap and sleeps 8 pm to 7:30 am So professional and so communicative! Highly recommend read more

Our 6 month old sleeps through the night now! Danielle was amazing with her support through the process. We started pretty hopeless because we thought we tried everything. Danielle was super patient with us, very helpful. Helped us with not only the sleeping overnight but with naps too. They helped create a schedule and all of this improved our daughters feedings too! She answered us promptly and addressed all of our concerns. Wish I could give 10 stars. Would recommend to everyone. read more

We have twins and were averaging about 3 hours of sleep a night for over 10 months. We finally hit total burnout level and hired balanced sleep... and I truly mean it when I say they brought the joy back into motherhood for me. My husband and I believed we were going to break their success rate, and thankfully, we were wrong! Our babies are sleeping independently through the night!! Danielle was absolutely incredible. She took the time to answer all our questions and talked through all things in detail with me. Thank you so so much Nicole and Danielle for saving us read more

I originally reached out to Balanced Sleep back in March and spoke with Nicole, who was so kind and knowledgeable. At the time, we decided to go with another sleep consultant that was referred to us. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't great. Communication was slow, the process took over two weeks, and our daughter still wasn't fully sleep trained. Fast forward to when our daughter turned 11 months. After months of sleepless nights, waking every 3 hours, and needing to be rocked for every nap and bedtime, I reached out to Balanced Sleep again. This time, we worked with Hannah, and she has been absolutely amazing (as has Nicole!). They are incredibly detail oriented, ask thoughtful questions, and truly personalize everything. It's not a one size fits all approach. They take the time to understand your baby's sleep patterns and feeding schedule before creating a plan. Since starting, we haven't had to rock our daughter once. She now self soothes and falls asleep so quickly. It's been life changing. Their communication and support are top notch, and I can't thank them enough for saving our sleep and sanity. Highly recommend Balanced Sleep to any parent who's struggling. You'll be so glad you did. read more

We have a 15 month old that had been sleep trained multiple times through her life but was so stubborn and would continuously wake up and scream and scream for hours when putting her to sleep. We had about 8 months of her being awake for hours at night and we were exhausted. We were referred to Balanced Sleep and kept putting it off because of the price but finally we couldn't take it anymore. We thought something was wrong with her because she would not sleep so we had no hope. Hannah was amazing and helped us through the whole experience. Hannah was so responsive and with us every step of the way. We loved working with her. Our daughter is sleeping amazing now a month out even after traveling and being in and out of new time zones. We are so thankful to finally have some sleep and to have a schedule. We had no expectations and we were blown away. This is worth every penny and will do it again if we have more kids. read more

I am first time mom and my son would never be able to sleep unless he was in my arms and I would never get enough sleep. I was mentally, emotionally and physically exhausted. I knew I had to do something. I was referred to Nicole by a coworker and I am so glad I did. I scheduled for a 30 minute consultation via phone and had a great vibe from Nicole. It was pricey but worth it! Nicole sent over some paperwork to fill out and my husband and I went to work! We started sleep training when my son was 5 months old in December. We communicated through text and an app. We listen to every single thing Nicole advised us to do- she even helped us get him on a formula/breast milk schedule (he would eat every hour before). You really have to put 100% of your trust to the consultants for this to work and really listen to everything they say! Just like everyone said, the first two nights were awful but it was trial and error to see what nap/bed times worked best for my son. We chose to do the 8am-8pm sleep schedule. The first week is more for Nicole to advise and train us. The second week is more like you're on your own and try to use the skills/technique Nicole gave but Nicole was always available. Even though Nicole had a family emergency she still managed to arrange another sleep consultant to take over and still check in on us. The only thing I would not recommend about sleep training is- try to not schedule your sleep training session during the holidays because of course the consultants want to be with their family on the holidays and that's understandable! If you can't wait, then still do it. We slept trained during Christmas and I would always feel awful for texting them but they still would text back, regardless. But they deserve a break too! Lol. After the two weeks is up, she invited us to stay in touch via Facebook group, where other families who slept train their children, can ask for advise on their children as they get older. My son turned 6 months and the regression was so real! But with the help of the families and consultants on Facebook group, they helped me get through it. So you're never alone even after the session is over! Today, my son is 11 months old and he is still sleeping well. We have our moments where he is learning a new skill or sick but he always manages to get back on his sleep schedule and we just came back from Hawaii and he managed to get back on track as well! Even after the two weeks is over, you can always reach out to Nicole and she is so amazing and helpful!! I have and would recommend Nicole to all my family and friends. I cannot thank her enough for all the restful nights my husband and I have had! Thank you NICOLE and team! read more

I don't even know where to start with this review! If I could give Balanced Sleep Co. 10 stars I would! I was referred to Nicole and her team through a mutual client she had helped out a few years back. I never thought I would need someone's support (other than my husband's support of course) to teach me how to make my 6 mos old son sleep. We had sleep trained our daughter just fine- using an old PDF file from a friend. But my son decided he didn't want to sleep train that way, and I found myself rocking and singing and feeding my baby to sleep for every nap and at bedtime. He had been waking up every 2-3.5 hours to feed to sleep like a newborn in the middle of the night! I WAS DESPERATE. I was beyond sleep deprived- if there is such a thing. I was a different person. My 5 year old daughter knew it/felt it, my poor husband could see that I just wasn't myself. After our first phone consultation with Nicole- we knew on the spot we wanted her/her team's help. We were paired up to work with Danielle. SHE IS AMAZING. The support she provided was exactly what we needed. It was another set of eyes to see what we may have been doing wrong and to pinpoint areas in our daily routine that can be affecting our son's quality of sleep/feedings! Danielle was patient, kind, supportive, VERY well informed, and quick to respond to our concerns and questions. She was practically our best friend for a few weeks! We felt comfortable with her plans for our son, and we were able to meet all of our goals by the end of our time together. We learned SO much about the importance of restorative sleep, full feedings, wake windows etc. I can't stress how supported we felt throughout this whole process. We were so sad to end our time with Danielle! Our group thread was fun! Haha! This was worth every penny we spent and I know we would do it again if we ever had to in the future. We have a happy baby that is sleeping through the night, goes down for his naps completely on his own, and is eating much more balanced/full meals. This in turn has allowed the WHOLE family to sleep better! We are forever grateful to Danielle! THANK YOU BALANCED SLEEP CO.! read more

I couldn't have more positive things to say about balanced sleep! Nicole, Danielle and Sydney were so great. From the very start they were so detailed and thorough. They really get to know every detail of your family, home situation, your babies personality, your personality. Every kid is so different, and in my case I have an 8 month old and 3.5 year old who I needed help with simultaneously. I was starting to feel drained and hopeless. So much support from them I am so grateful! read more

I have used Balanced Sleep for 2 of my kids now and it has been such a gift in to our household! Not only do I have 2 children who are awesome sleepers, but I have the confidence that I made the right choice as a mom. My kids are happier, less meltdowns, healthier, and overall just.. BETTER with the proper amount of quality sleep for their growing, developing brains. We worked with Nicole and cannot recommend her (or her team!) enough! Balanced sleep provides true support and education. They're also awesome at offering emotional support to parents who are struggling with trying to make the decision to sleep train or not. They're approach is so gentle and supported, my kids both got it within 2 days and did not seem traumatized at all. They both love their sleep space and feel happy and safe there; which was most important to me. We still travel easily and often, which was another concern about sleep training but it's been super flexible! Our whole household is getting better and balanced sleep :) read more

Best decision I have ever made! Balanced sleep was referred to me from a friend because my 6 month old would wake up every 2 hrs (even through the night). I was running on fumes and my lack of sleep was impacting my family. Nicole and Hannah were amazing! They were very supportive and understanding of all of my concerns. They developed a sleep plan for my daughter that increased her sleep and regulated her feedings, which helped her gain weight. My daughter now sleeps throughout the night and is able to take solid naps thru the day. She seems so much happier since she started her sleep plan. She is less irritable and more social. I highly recommend Balanced Sleep! read more

I used Balance Sleep for my second born, who seemed to be a stubborn guy and would wake up throughout the night relentlessly. Ryan was over a year old and we had tried Sleep Training with a few different methods before reaching out. Felt desperate, for a while, for some good sleep, but were adamant that we could figure it out on our own! (After all it was our second kid & we didn't have these issues with our first)! My sister had referred us to Nicole, as she used her for training her daughter as well and had the best experience! We finally caved after exhausting all other independent options and called Nicole and her team! We honestly thought something could be wrong since he was over a year old and would just wake randomly all night long. During our initial call, Nicole immediately eased my mind with confident knowledge that he is likely completely fine & normal and just needs some tweaks to what we were already doing with our routine & how we were responding to him throughout the night. She was exactly right! Just a few things we tweaked and the understanding that Ryans sleep needs were different from our first born changed everything! Best part of it all, Nicole was available for us the entire time. Whether a call or text etc, she was our complete sanity throughout the process & always responsive immediately. Beyond happy to say our boy has been sleeping ever since and puts himself down wide awake every night & day! Truly a blessing for our family & forever grateful! Wish we would've called sooner! read more

If there's a slight chance you're considering sleep training with the balanced sleep team, don't think just do!! Nicole changed our lives! From the support, the level of care, and constant communication everything was above and beyond anything I could have ever hoped for. The results were immediate not to mention consistent. Working with Nicole was the best decision I have ever made for myself, and my baby. 1000/10 recommend. read more

I am a new mom and tried to sleep train in the past but it didn't work due to my SO challenges with our LO crying (I sent him away). Our family was co sleeping or during contact naps for our LO. I took a big leap with Nicole and she was supportive throughout the whole process by call or text. My baby probably cried less that 2 hours over the two weeks I was with Nicole. The first night was the longest but my baby did well and made progress each day. I don't have to rock her to sleep or do contact naps. I highly recommend working with Nicole's company. Our family now has a schedule and is not trapped under a LO for hours at a time. If you are on the fence know that you will be supported throughout the whole process. read more

Nicole is sooo amazing!! I don't know why we waited this long to find her. We were co-sleeping with our 18 month old and every single night she would wake up couple times wanting milk or pacifier. We were exhausted because of sleep deprivation and rarely have time for ourselves. After we hired Nicole, our life has changed completely. She created a plan that helped us get on schedule so we can manage her naps and bedtime better. I am still in shock that our baby is no longer need pacifier or milk throughout the night and best of all, she is sleeping in her own bed till morning! First night was tough but Nicole was so encouraging and helpful that we were able to get through it. She was very responsive, patient and supportive throughout the whole process. Don't wait, BOOK HER NOW! Thank you , Nicole for everything you have done to help us! read more

I was referred to Nicole and balanced sleep from a friend who was a previous client when I had mentioned to her my current sleeping situation with my almost 6 month old son. Granted, he was born 2 months early so developmentally he was more like an almost 4 month old, so I was apprehensive on if sleep training would even work. However, I was desperate as I'm going back to work and knew there was nobody else in this world who would hold this baby for his naps in a pitch black room, with blaring white noise, for 1-2 hours, 4-5 times a day. And then add to that the battle of getting him to sleep every night on his own (lots of picking up/putting down/arm workouts). Anyways, Nicole had her partner Kadie take the lead as she specializes in younger babies sleep training and let me tell you, she is amazing. Are things perfect? No. Did it take a little longer than expected? Yes. BUT, Kadie's knowledge, support, and determination is unparalleled. She literally became my best friend for those 2 weeks. It was a lot of trial and error and there were times I felt hopeless, but Kadie's positivity and support kept me going and I'm forever thankful. I've learned SO much from both Kadie and Nicole, and now have a baby who happily goes to sleep in his own crib with no binky and no other crutches. Additionally, he's on a regular eating schedule and consumes enough calories during the day that he no longer wants/needs any night feedings. I cannot recommend Balanced Sleep enough, and I want everyone to know that despite how "difficult" your baby or situation may seem, they will figure him/her out while giving YOU endless support. If you've been stuck in the darkness (literally), do not hesitate to work with these girls! It is 100% worth every penny! read more

Imagine yourself sitting in the dark, an hour at a time, completely silent holding your sweet baby. You have a million things to do, but your sweet little will only sleep if you hold them. If you dare try to put them down they'll wake and another much needed nap goes down the drain. Same goes for bedtime. You hold your baby until they are sound asleep. You quietly go to transfer them to their crib. You think you've got it! Finally a moment of much needed solo time-your finger tips leave their back and Bam! They are awake and you have to start all over again. This was my life. Contact naps and late night holds were the only way my baby could sleep. I knew that for everyone's sanity and happiness we could not go on this way. Enter Nicole. She showed me that I wasn't necessarily doing anything wrong, I just needed to adjust the order in which I did things. She helped me identify her sleepy cues and gave me the confidence to give my sweet girl the space she needed to learn and grow. Within a few days, our little one napped independently and slept through most nights. Nicole is always a text and a phone call away and analyzes the data provided daily to make adjustments and come up with the best plan tailored to your babies needs. As a first time mom, this service was by far one of the best investments I've made for my baby and myself. 100% recommend it! read more

One of the best investments I ever made! As a new, first time mama I really tried my hardest to research all things sleep/wake needs for my daughter and tried to find a routine/schedule that best fit her needs. After 3.5 months, I realized I needed help! My daughter would not nap for longer than 30 minutes, and this was after 10-20 minutes of rocking/bouncing/etc. Safe to stay this was not sustainable for me especially once I returned to work. She also was staying in this overtired state and would quickly go from 0 to 100 in her mood. I knew I needed to provide an environment where she could get the rest she needed but I didn't know HOW to. After only 1 week working with Kadie, my daughter made AMAZING strides. She now has a flexible schedule we follow and takes 3 1.5-2hr naps in her own crib AND sleeps in her own room all night! We were also able to adjust my daughter's feeding schedule and now she can go 3-3.5 hrs in between feeds!! In addition to all of this, my daughter is happy and rested during her wake windows and I learned so much about her cries, cues, and how to respond accordingly. I really needed a hands on approach and Kadie was so attentive, responsive, and sensitive to not only my daughter's needs but mine as well. Sleep is tough work but SO rewarding once tackled. I recommend this to all of my friends and to any mama who is on the fence... don't wait! Just give them a call. From day 1, they answered so many questions in our FREE consultation call. Your baby is worth it!! read more

This review is long overdue but I wanted to share my experience and hope that this helps you in deciding whether you should embark down this path. If you are struggling with getting your child to sleep, I can whole heartedly recommend Nicole to help you and your child get more consistent and quality sleep. My son was just turning 6 months old and my wife and I were at our wits end. Our son had a hard time napping during the day. He needed to be rocked by my wife and only my wife to fall asleep. Once he fell asleep, we would set him down in his crib as gently as possible only for him to wake up and cry. Thus, the cycle would repeat itself. Needless to say, the quality of his naps was terrible and my son got no where near the amount of sleep he needed. He was very cranky and fussy especially at the end of the day. Putting him down at night wasn't much different. His lack of sleep ultimately affected his feedings. He would fall asleep while nursing but would wake up hungry again after a short while. I felt like this cycle was just perpetuating. He was sleepy so he could not feed well. But because he was so hungry from not feeding well, he would wake up famished. This was not sustainable. We just wanted our son to sleep and eat better but we didn't know how to break the cycle and habits that have been engrained. So we sought Nicole's help and what a difference it made in such a short while! First, she assessed our current situation and identified what was happening. She explained to us concepts of associations, wake windows, the importance of bedtime routines, appropriate amounts of sleep for his age and other important details about infant sleep. All of a sudden, certain behaviors we noticed in the past started to make more sense. For me, this background knowledge helped me to be more accepting of the new interventions we were going to implement. Next was to assess and optimize our son's sleep environment. Nicole tailored a schedule taking into consideration our son's situation. Just as important was the strategy for implementing the new schedule. It seemed like such a monumental task, but Nicole reassured us. Now the two week training began. The first night was not easy. It was a lot of changes implemented right away. But we were never left guessing about what to do next because Nicole was right there supporting us. She was actively monitoring how our son was tolerating the new interventions. For the first time, our son fell asleep on his own and slept the entire night without waking on night 1. Did he take a while to fall asleep the first night? He sure did. But what really surprised me was how fast he caught on to the new bedtime routine we implemented. The first daytime nap the next morning, he was already beginning to understand that when the bedtime routine starts, it's time to sleep. It was such a relief to see so much progress in so little time. The next few days was 100% better and easier. It was more tweaking of his schedule to find out what works best for him. It took some trial and error but soon enough we had a more predictable schedule that essentially had him sleeping 12 hours at night with two naps 2 hours long each day. More importantly, he was able to fall asleep independently in his own crib. There were a lot of questions that I had during the entire process, but Nicole was right there to support us and keep us on track. Nicole was really the key to the success of all this and I don't think we could have done it without her. This review is getting long so I will sum things up here. My son is now 10 months old and it has been about 4 months since sleep training. He is still sleeping soundly, eating much better, is in a much better mood and also my wife and I have a little bit of free time back. Was it difficult? Yes it was. But was it worth it and would I do it again? Absolutely. read more

Have you found yourself rocking/shushing your baby for what seems like eternity, only for them to sleep 20-30 minutes? What about night time? Still waking up every couple hours and slowly turning into a zombie? Yea, that's where I was too. But then I found Nicole and her team at Balanced Sleep. Holy bejeebers. Upon consultation, we discussed our goals of helping our little one fall asleep independently and stay asleep. I thought this was all too good to be true. But it's not! It actually works. We went from having sporadic, unpredictable, fussy sleep to an actual routine that leaves my baby happy and rested. 10/10. 5 stars. An Oscar. All the above. Get some sleep, and peace of mind. Nicole is AMAZING. We started working with her when our son was just a few weeks old, and she was an amazing support to us. I did not know it at the time, but I was working with my own personal cheerleader. Nicole guided me through one of the most overwhelming seasons of my life. I came to her as a sleep-deprived mother of a newborn, looking for ways to get some sleep while managing life with two kids. She was always clear, honest, and patient with me. I learned to distinguish between my child's needs and patterns, which eventually afforded me the rest that I so desperately needed. I am so thankful to Nicole, and I am happy to recommend her and Balanced Sleep Co. to anyone who needs help with their child's sleep. read more

At 2 years old, my child was waking up 3-6 times a night. He would only go to sleep with a bottle & falling asleep on us. We needed help. This company was a blessing!!! Suggested by a mom on the HB Facebook group. Sydney was the pediatric occupational therapist that worked with us for a little over 3 weeks. My child now gets into his own bed (without bottle, protest or tears), falls asleep on his own & wakes up only 1-2 times a night where he's quick to put himself back to bed. My husband & I can't thank them enough! read more

Nicole and her team of experts are tremendously knowledgeable, responsive, non-judgmental and understanding. My 6 month old was the "30-minute Queen" of naps, and was taking 4, 30-minute naps a day. We were spending more time rocking her and putting her to sleep than she actually slept! Within 4 days of working with Nicole, my daughter not only shifted to a 2 nap schedule, she was sleeping 11-12hrs/night and putting herself to sleep! Nicole's constant support, adjustments and encouragement really helped us get past the uncomfortable parts and persevere to a well slept baby. I can't recommend her enough, her services were an absolute game changer. read more

I was referred to Nicole by a friend who suggested I try her when I was considering sleep training my six month old. I was really nervous about sleep training but working with Nicole helped put my anxieties at ease. She was super helpful in not just helping shape my sons sleep habits, but she really helped me recognize his over all daily routine, eating, sleeping, etc. I actually recently got in touch with her again and she helped to consolidate his naps into one three hour nap, and solidified his 11 - 12 hour nights. I have another baby on the way and I am going to use her again for infant sleep shaping when the time comes. read more

Nicole and Balanced Sleep are the absolute best! It's been a little over a year since we sleep trained our bb and it's still one of the best decisions we've ever made! We felt like we weren't the best parents we could be to our full potential running on so little sleep in the beginning. It's been a game changer and our daughters good sleep habits have stuck this entire time. Nicole was thorough and you can tell she really cares about what she does! I've recommended her to friends, clients, everyone haha. If you're thinking about it and sleep with your little one is tough... do it! You won't regret it. read more

Nicole was fantastic helping us with our 6 month old. She gave us a tailored plan that told us step by step how to get her settled in her own room. We can't say enough great things about Sydney and Nicole at balanced sleep! Sydney worked with us to help our 18 month old going through a sleep regression with her naps and it has been life changing. We brought home a new baby sister and moved her into a new room so there was a lot of change in her life and in turn she stopped going down for her nap. We loved Sydney's entire approach and how experienced she is with toddlers. She truly cares and was able to look at everything going on to make the best plan to be successful. One of the many things I appreciated about her was how positive she was. Sleep regressions can be a very overwhelming and stressful thing as a parent but she always built us up and made us feel confident in what we were doing. She is so knowledgeable in toddler sleep and behaviors, there really is no one better qualified. I can't believe we have our girl back on a schedule, I don't know what we would have done without Sydney's help. They truly are the best! read more

We absolutely love & recommend Balanced Sleep for so many reasons. As a first time mama who's hubby works night shift, I was on nighttime baby shift every night. I tried to incorporate and learn good sleeping habits well before delivery. I tried many different programs, but it just wasn't working for us. My son had never slept through the night until we received the help and tools from this program, and he is two. It made such a difference having Nicole by our side to help day and night with support, guidance, and help for any issues. If your struggling at any point with getting your kids to sleep I definitely recommend you invest in this program for yourself and your family. . read more

Alright, 2 years later and I had to call Nicole back for our second child. Our second co slept with us, was rocked or nursed to sleep, and had every sleep crutch I could think of. I honestly was nervous to come back because I needed the support even after successfully sleep learning with our first with Nicole. You guys, she's a miracle worker! In just a few days, she was sleeping through the night and sleeping in her crib with a schedule. We were shocked. Let me start by saying, if you are looking at reviews trying to decide if you want to hire Nicole... DO IT. I worked with a different sleep trainer in the past and nothing was customized to my child. With Nicole, she took the time to get to know me and my son and worked with us to come up with a plan that was customized to his needs as well as to my needs as a mother. She was there for support each day and night and answered my questions and concerns super quickly each time. She helped me to learn my sons cues and signals and to know what to do moving forward as things changed. She got us through the four month regression and on a great nap and sleep schedule. My son sleeps from 7-7 and I no longer have to stress about when he will sleep and how long for. Talking to Nicole is like talking to the most helpful and understanding friend you could have. She took into account my post partum anxiety and made sure that she took that into account when helping me with my little one. Nicole is AMAZING and has helped us get piece of mind and SLEEP! We will definitely work with her in the future if we have more children. I cannot recommend her enough!!! read more

I don't know where to begin ! I reached out to Nicole with hopes to help my now 6 month old (5 months at the time) with sleep. Back story : my daughter has been a pretty good sleeper at night, but we wanted to get help with naps. My husband and I both work and we wanted to get on the same page to be able tag team and also have our sitter on board too. From the beginning Nicole was on top of it. She got back to me a couple minutes after I left her a voicemail. We chatted for 30 min and talked about our goals and current concerns. We officially started the next day and everything was virtual. She monitored everything via an app and then after day 3 she had a 20 page sleep plan catered to my daughter specifically! It was detailed and so very helpful. It even includes information to help with everything that will potentially happen over the next couple years. Nicole never questioned what we were comfortable (did not want to have my daughter "cry it out"). After 2 days of implementing Nicole's plan my daughter was taking naps and sleeping fully through the night! The biggest improvement was my diagnoses ability to self-soothe. She can put herself to sleep and now she can sleep in her car seat or stroller... which was a huge problem and causing us to have to stay home all the time. Now we have freedom to have outings as a family! Nicole gave us all those tools! My daughter will be 6 months tomorrow and we are all so happy! Instead of being sleep deprived we can focus our energy on our daughter and enjoy her growing up! She sleeps 3 amazing naps a day and sleeps 7pm-7am! We are amazing and ever so grateful. My husband and so also appreciate our time together now. I highly recommend Balanced Sleep and Nicole ! read more

Balanced Sleep - Sleep Specialists Near Me

I reached out to Nicole when we needed help (and support!) with our 16 month old son. We had done sleep training when he was younger but we then went through walking, teething, etc., etc. and he was back to being rocked to sleep (sometimes it would take an hour!), up in the middle of the night for hours at a time, and eventually in our bed for part of the night- and still up way too early! We knew it would be difficult on us all but also knew he was overtired and not getting enough sleep. I reached out to Nicole, we talked right away and she got to work on our custom sleep plan immediately! All I can say is that she is amazing, knowledgeable, supportive, personable, responsive, ok I could go on- but she was really our true support system and cheerleader. Not only did we get our son on track- putting himself to sleep happily and sleeping all the way through the night (going on 2 months now) but we learned so much from Nicole for the future. We couldn't be happier and would recommend Balanced Sleep in a heartbeat!! read more

Nicole at balanced sleep saved us! She gave us a tailored plan for our specific sleep goals and really took my parenting philosophy into account. My plan included coaching for a week and support for an additional week. It was fantastic because she could navigate the day for you and you could just focus on your baby and learning their cues. We went from bed sharing to my baby falling asleep independently for 11 hours a night! What a literal dream. read more

this review is a long time coming! we struggled so much with our baby and that 4 month regression hit and it put us all over the edge. Transitioning from bassinet to crib, out of the swaddle, reliant on the paci but it always falling out. It was the perfect storm. We were in the hells of it. We were referred by a friend and were willing to try anything. Our older generation parents looked at us puzzled when we said we hired a sleep coach but continued to support us. And let me tell you when I say Nicole changed our lives, I'm not lying. It's basically marriage counseling, sleep training, and postpartum therapy all in one. We are happy to say that our babe sleeps 12 hours and has a beautiful nap schedule that we now know how to navigate because of Nicole. This has changed our parenthood journey for the better. I can go on but needless to say our old parents are firm believers of Nicole's process and after the third day they saw how changed our baby was. Happier. Hitting more milestones. It was crazy! We've gained a lifelong friend with Nicole and I'm so happy! :) read more

Don't walk, run to Nicole!! I can't recommend her services enough. We have a 7 month old that was not sleeping at night and no nap routine whatsoever. The only way she would sleep is right on me and let's just say neither of us was getting sound sleep! The minute we hired Nicole she was in constant contact making sure we were set up for success before our session even started. She really listens to the parents and what they are comfortable with. The second night with Nicole, our baby girl not only slept the entire night but without a paci! She's literally the baby whisperer. Her tips and advice are priceless. Now after 2 weeks our baby is not only sleeping 12 hours at night but has successfully conquered her naps! It's seriously a game changer and my husband and I feel like we have our lives back. Thank you Nicole!! read more
