In 2022, Dr. Nguyen referred me to Dr. Tuan Tran for plastic surgery on my shoulder to remove a small mole. So expensive surgery. Unfortunately, I had a very poor surgical outcome on my shoulder and was left with a visible scar. What concerns me even more is that Dr. Nguyen and Tran continued to reassure me that the scar would improve or disappear after one year, even though the result was visibly bad. I was repeatedly encouraged to wait, and I later learned that California has a strict time limit one year for filing certain medical malpractice claims. That delay caused me serious concern and made me feel misled. I still have no idea why Andrea didn't let me to sue Tuan Tran and did her best to support and protect him! The first photo shows my scar after approximately 1.5 years. The second photo shows the scar after approximately 4 years. The result speaks for itself.

Originally, I planned to get the $89 deep cleansing facial, but was informed that it didn't include pimple extraction. Since that was a concern of mine, I upgraded to the $120 acne treatment facial instead. During the session, the technician pointed out that I had a lot of blemishes and milia, which I was already aware of. She suggested removal, and when I asked about pricing, the owner, My Linh Do, came in and quoted me $200 for a full-face extraction. I agreed, so the total for my treatment ended up being $320, plus tip. The tech was nice and gave me aftercare instructions, even advised me to check under better lighting at home in case anything was missed. Sure enough, a few days later, I noticed some milia were still there. I tried calling and texting the number on the biz card she gave me, but no one responded--even though I was told to reach out if anything came up. Now it's been four days. The healing has gone well overall, but I've noticed a few milia spots were left untreated. I tried calling and texting the number they gave me, but haven't received any response from the owner--which is frustrating, especially after paying for full treatment and being told to follow up if needed by the owner herself. As for the spa environment? Honestly, it felt kind of cold. Not rude, but definitely not warm or welcoming. It just felt...meh.
