Most places try to upsell you their products, and there is nothing wrong with that. However, I feel awkward when there is the pressure to buy stuff and you find out it costs an arm and a leg with no alternative products in case you are on a budget. Kat has never made it into that situation, if you are curious, she probably has some products around for you. One thing I also noticed is that she is always super careful and detailed. I have gone to other places where there is a time limit so they aren't able to go in and tweeze more. Kat takes her time to make sure everything is gone and even gets the blackheads/whiteheads/ingrown. She will do her best to work with your schedule and is always very understanding.
