I've been to a few other massage therapist but the massage therapist at Be Still Wellness are phenomenal. I've always added cupping to my service here as I find it gets a really good deep tissue massage. Some places I've gone before didn't help with my sore muscles or areas my body was tight, but the people here always go above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable while also working out those tight spots! They for sure know the level of pressure to go and always make sure to ask if I'm okay throughout! I also just tried out there new stretching services and was shocked at how amazing it was!! I didn't know what to expect at first but it was a full hour of a one on one stretching session. She helped me stretch throughout my entire body and it felt amazing! It was super relaxing and really helped me feel so much better. I did that before a massage and that was the ultimate combo! I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for an actual massage that will help your body and help you feel amazing! And try out that stretching session too! I'm definitely adding it too my schedule!
