Every single dish was perfectly-made. The falafel wasn't too greasy, which I feel is a problem with some falafel. The hummus was so fresh and delicious and the eggplant tapas were fresh and full of flavor! The food came out super quickly and our waiter was very nice! I decided to write a review because the owner greeted my girlfriend and I one day, and was thrilled that we were Americans. I have never had that experience. He explained that he really wanted to go, and was so kind to us that I'd like to talk a little about his kiosk. We have a sort of religious fealty to Exargia's moussaka. It's what we get every time we visit. It's mild and boasts remarkable texture - guess it helps that a Greek is over the stove. I think it's four Euros for a big helping and a couple pieces of flat-bread/pita. We've also had excellent luck with the sauces plate, which is a sampler of what's on display: tzatziki, pureed eggplant, and another...pureed kalamatas? Not sure, but it's all delicious if you're in the mood for Greek food. This place also vends some super-cheap and super-sweet Greek wine product. I think it's two euros a bottle and although I haven't bought one, it looks too sweet for me. Next time I'm in the mood for a hangover I'll have to pick up a bottle. It's not easy to find Greek food in Lavapies, but this place is a great step toward filling that gap.
