I love this shop! They only sell one thing- naan bread, but they absolutely know what they are doing! Their breads are more like flatbreads than traditional naan, but that suits me as it means they form the base for so many meals.
I usually just get the plain bread, but they do garlic naans, an amazing thicker flatbread topped with sumac and sesame seeds and a kind of lamb pide. On the rare occasions you have to wait for your bread to be ready it's always a pleasure watching it be made in the kiln. As a bonus the guys working there are super friendly and very chatty as you're waiting for your bread.
Also, it's super cheap- 30p for a plain nann, or £1.20 for two of the thick topped flatbreads.
Hours are somewhat irrational, but this is never a problem for me, as I live 3 minutes walk away. read more
