The last time I visited The BLVD was a few years ago and not a lot has changed since I last visited. I do have to say that this is a great place to hangout at for family or friends and even for a team building. I love video games, so arcades are definitely a must when I visit places that have arcades. I think the arcades are a bit outdated and they need better games. I don't think they are horrible, but I would love to see a better variety for all ages. I think bowling is a super fun idea and I would love to come back just for that to up my bowling skills. They have a good amount of lanes, so you can guarantee you'll be able to play. Food was good. They have a good variety of options even for vegans/vegetarians which is great because I know a lot of people that have food restrictions, but they also have a good variety for the others that don't have those restrictions. The place is nice and neat. My only complaint is the token system. You won't use 100% of the tokens you buy because the games are charged at different prices and I think they do that on purpose so we can keep refilling those game cards, other than that this is a great place if you're looking for something to do.

I asked her if we could move chairs into our section if they're not being used and she said yes. She accommodated the needs of my group and I truly appreciated. David our waiter took our orders, brought us our drinks and took care of my group. We were over 40 friends. I requested for only him to wait on my group because he was doing a great job and I communicated well with him. We all did our best to work with him and he in turn took care of us I also appreciated De'Antay for coming by to make sure everyone was okay, needed drinks or refills. I know as a host I appreciated it! Thank you for giving my group a GREAT experience! We all loved it and enjoyed the food!

Had not been to Dave & Busters in a really long time. Extremely disappointed in the service…read moreprovided today. There is no one there to greet you and the staff that is on shift just stands there talking to each other. Not once during the visit did anyone say anything to me. I went in wanting to inquire about birthday parties/events and no one was there to help. I sat in the dining area for a while to get a bite to eat and no one came up. Waited there for a while looking at the menu and nothing. There was no one to be found. The two staff members who were there who I assume were management just stood in the prize section practically laying on the counter talking to each other. I walked up to them and none of them even acknowledged I was there. Later the female walks up to me I explain to her what I needed and she passes me to the male who I assume is her boss (bald guy). He says "What do you need" no "hi how are you" or nothing. I then revert back to not wanting to do anything there at all and just tell him something else and he rolls his eyes fixes what I needed and practically throws the card back at me. In comparison to my first visit a couple months ago this one definitely disappointed me. I didn't even want to sit down and eat or book an event anymore. Guess I'll take my money elsewhere. Never seen this type of behavior from employees much less someone I think was part of management. Wish I could get a refund on the card I had already bought because I don't think I'll be back.

We were literally 5min shy of making it up there, so I definitely would like to beat that time in the future! Brainy Actz doesn't only do escape rooms, they have other cool stuff too!!! They have Axe throwing, Nerf gun war, they have a rage room and I'm sure they have other fun things to do too! I definitely look forward to coming back. Prices were reasonable and it was definitely worth the money. I didn't even know this place was in this area because it doesn't look like much from outside, but if you have never experienced an escape room then you need to try it. This was my 2nd time experiencing this and it was just as fun as the first time I have ever did it. The staff was super friendly and they made us feel welcomed and that is always a plus at any establishment!

We had a reservation at 520 and we started a little late because she had was being pulled every which way by different rooms including rage room, ax room, and other escape rooms. She made sure to inform us on what she was doing and I was understanding that one person can only do so many jobs at once. Either way the experience was so great for the kids they were patient and helpful throughout the whole game and they ended up being able to finish and feel accomplished! Will definitely be coming back. Unfortunately I I didn't ask for the names of the lady and gent that helped me but I was here on 10/04 at 520 so whoever worked that shift thank you so much!!

I have not been here in years! I see that they have expanded and that's great…read more First impression upon walking in is of course it smells like feet. It's also hot inside. Plus there is not enough places to sit while your kids enjoy themselves. The tables that are empty have reserved signs all over them when I'm not sure what they are reserved for as I didn't see anyone actually sit at one. Also the tables are filthy! I finally got tired of walking around looking for a seat and just sat down and about 5 minutes later I was asked if I was a part of a party and that if not I would need to move. I asked where I was supposed to sit and she told me it was first come first serve...ok then we're NOT off to a great first impression at all! So it's $22 for an all day jump. Meaning you get wristbands and can jump all day but you cannot leave and come back. Plus there is a $4 fee for socks that you HAVE to have to participate. There does seem to be lots of activities for the kids to get into. Also the wristbands are supposed to prevent anyone from being able to just walk out with your kids but I didn't scan anything and just walked right on out the door. Went into the women's restroom and was pleasantly surprised to see how clean it was but then I noticed there was no toilet paper or paper towels. There were however seat covers, but when I went to wash my hands the full soap dispenser would not dispense any soap. There doesn't seem to be a kitchen there but it says one is coming soon. You can order pizza, chicken or wedges that are delivered from a Round Table Pizza close by and it was actually pretty good. Overall this place is cool. There are a lot of kids just ripping and roaring all over so it's kind of a day care for tired parents, IF you can find a place to sit.

She was attentive, kind, and handled everything with such professionalism despite clearly being given a lot of responsibility. She truly stood out and made our experience better. I did notice that she was responsible for distributing food, handing out sodas and waters, and assisting guests all at once. It seemed like she was being pulled in many directions while other staff were not stepping in to support her. From a guest perspective, it felt like a missed opportunity -- not only for efficiency and service flow, but also for her personally. Alexis has the personality and skill set of a strong bartender, and it seemed like she wasn't being utilized in a way that allows her (or the business) to maximize her strengths or earning potential. She was essentially serving waters and sodas while having the ability to provide full bar service, which would benefit both her and the establishment. My intention in sharing this is truly positive. Alexis is a fantastic employee and clearly cares about the guests and the establishment. Supporting team members like her and ensuring responsibilities are balanced among staff would likely improve both customer experience and employee satisfaction. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I appreciate the effort that goes into running a busy place like yours and wanted to share feedback that I hope is helpful.

To start off just wanted to say that my family and I ultimately did have fun. We had a great time…read moreand for the price it was worth it. We visited on a Sunday night. Place was not busy at all and there seemed to be 2 bartenders, two staff members, and one manger working. There are a few things I think would really help the business improve: To start off the customer service is below par, you don't get greeted or talked to unless you start the conversation off first. During our entire visit about 2.5 hours no one came and checked on us or ask us anything. Bartender was the only staff member who wore a smile and was extremely friendly throughout the visit. I would say some table touches by management or maybe having one person on the floor talking to people could not only generate more money but also better experiences. Usually I'm not the type to need most interactions when going places but this place definitely lacked it by a lot. Concerning the overall cleanliness of the building it also could have been a lot better. Restrooms were fairly clean but the tables themselves were very dirty as well as the booths. We had to ask twice for tables to be clean and ended up gathering them ourselves in order to sit down. The food was good though we ordered two pizzas some pitchers of soda and beer and some nachos. I do believe they should have a wider selection of food sold but I know most of the time that doesn't really fall on the management but more so the actual corporation. Price was also not too bad for food. For the actual bowling it was really fun I paid about $120 for about 7 people to bowl with shoes included apparently it was a special and you can bowl until they close. The equipment seemed really really old though I think this place is due for a remodel. The pins would fall on their own with no ball in sight, the balls would not go into the chute and instead roll back on the actual lane and get stuck and at times the whole system would just freeze and during those intense moments where we were trying to crown a winner the experience is just ruined. Overall the atmosphere was alright there were about 5 other family and they bunched us all up in the same booths instead of spreading everyone around to give people more space. The music was okay and the place didn't really scream fun. I think this place had lots of potential despite the age of the building by just tweaking a couple things which would make everyone's experience that much more enjoyable. Will I be back soon? Maybe not. Do I want to be back? Of course. Given there is basically no places in town like this I think this place has lots of room for improvement.
