I subtracted 2 stars because the rooms are not great at all:(…read more There is no coffee pot, no microwave & the rooms are old with stained floors, no storage in the bathroom & the rooms are definitely lacking plugs & if you are short like me forget about using the safe which is on the shelf in the closet ‍ The food at the restaurants are subpar. The casino is WONDERFUL, NON SMOKING, that alone will bring us back! You do pay for your drinks while gambling which is a bummer but...we will return & see if we can get an updated room.

Today's review is on the SLOW RUDE sandwich maker working in The COFFEE SHOP aka STARBUCKS located in the hotel lobby. It took THE GAL 23 minutes to put together four sandwiches. Orders were not prepared in the order received. My order included a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE and TOUCH OF POOR RESPECT towards myself and others. I ordered at 10:10 am and my order was ready at 10:33 am. For some reason two of the gals enjoyed my presence and chatted under their breath. about me and my order. I'm so important. lol The one young man was very professional and seemed to appreciate helping me with my muffins. I do appreciate the food comps and the convenience of the location. Prices are fair and quality is as well. The future is in our hands to teach youngsters to work with respect for others Smile. Greet customers. Say thank you. Your welcome Tachi Elders, I THANK YOU for providing a safe gaming community. I appreciate all Tribal Members. With Respect, Michelle

The food quality was not what I expected based on past experiences. Starting off with the Coconut Chicken that was always our go to. It's not as good as we remembered. (They also forgot the sauce, small detail missed). The fries were very average. Next was the chicken and waffles. I did not see any reviews on them so I thought I'd try them. My advice, go to Moms Place first if you are wanting some. The waffles were ok but the two you get are the size of the bottom of a Stanley tumbler. Sprinkled with powdered sugar to make them tastier I guess. The chicken (fingers) were 80% breading and 20% meat. No flavor. No seasoning. If I were in charge I'd give you 5-6 French toast sticks instead, to make them easier to dip. No silverware is given so you really don't want to smother your syrup on everything. It's more of a dipping option. I'd have taken pics but obviously it's darker during the movie. I miss when their kitchen was top notch and not $60 for two small bland meals, drink and a tip.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with unhurried charm, service with a smile, and a feeling that we were more family than guests. The Rankin family and staff are truly exceptional. Sarah, Clint, Shelby, Emma, Chris, Ms. Glenda, and Mr. Bill are world-class hosts who made our stay far exceed every expectation. We were celebrating our anniversary, and on our very first night they surprised us with a delicious cake, making us feel incredibly special and cared for. The horseback riding was wonderful, taking us through beautiful meadows and across the valley. One of my favorite experiences was visiting Sarah's farm, where we met goats, a donkey, chickens, mini horses, farm cats, and even a baby calf that I had the chance to bottle-feed! We loved the swimming pool, they have archery, a fire pit, pool table, or if you want to just be quiet and read a book that is amazing too. The Fresh air was wonderful and we were able to nap and just enjoy reconnecting. Evenings were filled with fun, family-centered activities. We loved learning square dancing on our first night, and the second evening featured a unique Rankin Ranch game that had everyone laughing and connecting. Sunday was especially memorable. The day began with a delicious waffle breakfast, followed by horseback riding and a hayride to a gorgeous meadow for lunch. The Rankin Ranch beef burgers were outstanding--honestly one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. The afternoon horseshow tournament was the perfect ending to a wonderful day. What makes Rankin Ranch so special is that it's truly an unplugged experience. There are no TVs and no Wi-Fi, but what you gain is far more valuable: peace, relaxation, meaningful conversations, and the chance to reconnect with the people around you. As a bonus, the ranch offers subscription boxes featuring their incredible beef, as well as quarter, half, and whole cattle available for shipment. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming about our next visit. Thank you, Rankin Ranch, for being such a class act and for creating an experience we'll never forget. We can't wait to come back. I

It's nice to see the Filipino youth & locals participate in this festivity, so they can learn and understand the Filipino culture/heritage. The cultural dances continue to stay the same and passed down from generations. I remember participating in the cultural dances and performing on stage. It definitely feels like yesterday. I'm happy to know that a little bit of my culture is being celebrated. This event happens every year on the last weekend of July. The festivities takes off with the adobo cook off on Friday evening while everyone else is setting up their booths. I'm guilty to have NEVER attended this part of the event. I hope one day I'll be able to check it out. The following day the festivities kick off with the parade downtown Delano usually at 10am and back to Cecil Park for the festivities. They usually have tents with Filipino food and halo-halo as well as other booths. I usually grab food from the Thai food tent. I know it's a Filipino festival then why buy Thai food haha. I eat Filipino food almost everyday and that Thai food stand has been part of Filipino weekend for as long as I can remember. They also have bounce houses for the kids, a train ride and even rock climbing. There's also a designated area for 21yr olds and over to grab a drink. End of July is always super hot and usually the weather is over 100°, so if you're not used to that temperature then I wish you the best of luck. Shade usually helps; however, if you're not from here then you should know that we have dry heat. Wind doesn't usually blow a whole lot, so you're literally sitting in the heat under the shade. Bring lots of water and possible a tent or umbrella to stay cool. Or be like me and come extra early or when it's almost over haha, but then you'll miss all the cool entertainment. I don't think you should miss it because the kids practiced all summer to get their dance down. The park is open to the public with no admission fee. They have a basketball tournament going down across the street at Delano HS and they have the Bingo going too. Those are two ways to stay cool. I recently found out they have a tennis tournament going also, so look out for that. Prior to the festival they usually post the pageants on their website for Tiny Tots, Miss Philippine Weekend, Mrs. & Mr. Philippine Weekend. You should check it out to support our local event.
