I checked to see who would be available to start answering for service and Grace Family Plumbing was there for me. I described my issue with pictures. They gave me options that I didn't think of, like accessing the faucet from the wall on the other side and installing a panel for possible future issues. They gave me an honest price drop because of less work and I was sold for the first available appointment and I'm all the way down in SE San Antonio. Next day, Appointment day, I received pre-notification an hour out. Noah and his coworker arrived early in the time frame so I wasn't worried. They listened to my issue, what I had on hand, and showed them access to everything they needed and stayed out of their way. They were polite and professional and didn't mind when I did take a peek or two at the progress. They kept the work areas clean and picked up after themselves. The transaction for payment was smooth over Apple Pay. They honored the price given and we were extremely satisfied with the entire experience.

His workers were very professional. They came on time, started quickly on the job and stayed till it was finished, cleaned up after themselves, and were very polite and kind. Jerry came back to help them finish and inspected everything to make sure it was all done to my perfection. I was also very pleased with the final bill. He got stuck in the snow, ice and mud that day and I remember pulling him out with my truck! I have called him a couple more times after that memorable day and had worked on our showers in a couple of our bathrooms. Paul is very reliable and will do repairs that he is able to do. Most if not all plumbing problems you have, he probably can fix. He has been very busy lately and when I contacted him to work on a recent plumbing issue, he told me to wait a few days because he was backed up. I had to call another vendor to fix the problem. No matter, my first call is to Paul, especially because I have a good historical experience with him. His charges are reasonable when he came to fix our plumbing issues a couple of years ago. I don't know his current charges but in light of the skyrocketing bills for everything these days, I'm sure he has raised his charges as well.
